Firehouse Subs Wonderland North

Super kind staff and good food!
Got food delivered from here on Uber Eats and noticed I was missing some my order. I called the restaurant and the staff were very accommodating and apologetic. They said I could come by the location to grab the missing items and even gave me an extra large fry for the trouble.
Will definitely order from here again! :)

Ordered a meatball sub and specifically asked for the pickles to be put in a separate container 3 times. Got home and the pickles were on top and the entire sub smelt like pickle. Employees couldnt follow one simple instruction

Stopped for lunch on Tuesday dec. 23.
As always greeted with a smile and a welcome to Firehouse. My order was taken quickly and than quickly produced.
I always count on the subs made here, never an error.
Just remember you get what you pay for and that's consistantly and quality

English language & understanding what customers are asking for is becoming more of a letdown. This is becoming more common issue.
We have been to other Firehouse sub locations for their famous thanksgiving day turkey sub, provided with great service, delicious sub and have returned to those locations because of that.
This time around we ordered from this location, gave clear instructions for each of the subs ordered and it was not what we ordered.
What a let down/disappointment after a long workday and after having great experiences at other Firehouse locations.

Last night was my first time trying Fire House Subs, I unfortunately may not be back to this location. I got a sub and the broccoli cheddar soup, the broccoli in the soup tasted sour as if it had been fermenting in the soup all day. I had two bites and had to throw it out, it was the worst soup I've ever had. The customer service was good, as well as the sub, but that soup must've been sitting out all day. I'm now dealing with a very upset stomach the morning after.

Did not listen to the online order. Asked for light mayo and got a sub covered in it. The ingredient ratio is also absurd. Don't come here for a sub.
