My go-to sub shop. Pick up on line order.
My sub was cold and un-etible. The meat was so tough it was spit out. The 4 others were happy with their orders.
Very unusual experience for myself.
It will be a while to forget this experience!

Ordered 2 of the same subs through Uber Eats, the first time ordering from Firehouse. Despite the high cost, I wanted to try a new sub joint. They only have one veggie/cheese option, unlike other places that have veggie meatballs, veggie patties, etc.). At the cost of $19.15 each (plus tax, Uber Eats charge, tip etc.), I hoped it would be one hell of a sub. Instead it was almost all lettuce, lacking in toppings (and missing a few), under-dressed and under-seasoned. Completely bland, and they didn't even include the hot sauce packet or side pickle that was requested. The bread being better than Subway or Mr. Sub is the only reason for not giving one star, though it's really more of a 1.5/5. Over $50 for two sub-par sandwiches, crazy.
When I looked at their website just now, wondering what I might be missing about how this joint is in business, I saw that the in-store price for the same sub is $14.15, so it's a mark-up of over 35%, plus the extra tax, expected tip and so on. While Uber Eats does charge businesses for their service, they also drive up and facilitate the volume of sales. With my sciatica and vision issues they would have never had me as an in-store customer, so the fault can't all be lumped on Uber Eats. This high an additional price gouge is ridiculous at a time when consumers are being squeezed and fast-food places are starting to face a backlash (and yes, all the sandwich joints are fast food). I will not be ordering again, shame as I was looking for a good sub chain for the occasional splurge.

I had the online pick up order this noon. I found they didn’t give me the pickle (on side) after I drove home. They always missing something when you took online pick up order.

Disappointed that it's $4.06 to make it a combo which is just a fountain drink and a small bag of chips. So my medium sandwich was $11.78 + $4.06 + tax + $1 donation = $18.90. Next time I will ask for a cup of water and skip the chips. Subs are still good.

The last couple of times the subs have been awful. They use to steam the whole wheat buns and the meat was warm with the perfect choice of sauces Today the buns were hard. Tasted like they were a week old. They were dry and cold. Horrible.
It used to be my favourite sub place but i dont think im tempted to order from there again

I always go in Fridays after my day shift and 9 out of 10 times I get Cody and Tiffany. I was surprised when I went in today and saw Cody! He always makes me feel like I matter. I'm deaf but Cody knows my order and always goes the extra step to make sure I'm taken care of. The food as always is amazing and with all the places I've been to, cody has been the most patient and helpful store manager I've come across. This will always be my go too!

Chatted with a co worker for weeks in advance about the meatball sub until finally deciding to go get one for lunch to treat myself on a Friday. Boy was I disappointed for waiting so long. By far the best meatball sub I’ve ever had. Perfect ratio of meatball to bun to sauce. The fountain pop machine is a lot of fun trying to decide which drink to get as well.Will definitely be back - on a Friday for lunch!

Asked for jalapeños and black olives and they weren’t on the Hook & Ladder sub. Also, took 31 minutes to get food after paying and another walk-in, who paid at the til got there food first. Saturday, April 20th/2024.I never leave reviews but the service was horrible and worth warning others.

I don't often review places however on Feb 27th my wife and I decided to grab ourselves some lunch. When we got in it was very busy but the guy behind the counter who I presume was a manager ( or should be) greeted us right away and said don't let the line fool us, he'll be right with us. He was right, he and the young lady moved quickly and took our order. He treated us with humor and somehow upsold my wife on a soup, she doesn't eat soup much! I mentioned the line and we joked about time, he told me 7mins we would have our food. I said no way, just for jokes I timed it and when he brought our food out it was 6 mins! Food was displayed great and tasted even better! You don't find customer service like this anymore. We will 100000% be back, it was our first of I'm sure many times!

It's been a while since I came to firehouse use to be my favorite but this visit was just awful I order my usual steak sandwich and it tasted awful all I tasted was mustard and hardly no meat on it for the money I paid I'm so disappointed I couldn't even eat
