Food Courts in London, ON

“Recently my experience here has been positive, so I hope I don't have to edit this review later. The first time I went with my family we got a pepperoni pizza all together! We stood waiting for about 20 minutes when I decided to ask a worker how much longer the pizza would be (considering it's packed of people, loud, and we had another errand to run). I walked to the woman at the back of the counter who currently wasn't working and talking to another employee who wasn't working. I asked her politely how long the pizzas take and she said when did you make your order? So I read her my receipt and she said how when you order a pizza at a pizza place it takes 15-20 minutes and that it hasn't been long enough.. she was very rude to me and spoke to me like I was stupid. Keep in mind, I wasn't using a rude tone when I spoke to her. Yes, I just wanted out of the loud Costco but I'm not going to be rude to some worker because of that. The pizza that day was not great. But recently, my experience at this food court has been very good! Recently I got an ice cream and asked the worker when he called me up if he could put the ice cream in a cup and add the waffle cone on top. He politely explained he can't but he can give me the ice cream and a cup so I can do it myself (which was easy). He was very kind and wasn't rushing so much that he was short or rude. Another recent experience.. I saw the woman ahead of me get chocolate sauce with her ice cream! I had no idea they even had that! We had a small conversation and then it was my turn. I had ordered the ice cream with the brownies in it as I have never had it before.. apparently the worker making the sandwiches had overheard and asked me so kindly what I didn't know they had. I told her how I didn't know they had so many ice cream sauces and she said they can add multiple if I'd like. Her and the worker making the ice cream were both very kind and he was VERY generous with both the caramel syrup and the chocolate syrup. Big smiles on both these workers and very kind. I felt like a kid with a HUGE lollipop after. I'm not sure what their names were if they were wearing a name tag, but to those workers.. Thank you, you made me very happy! I hope my review of this food court continues to stay high and hope these amazing workers get recognized!“
