I'm not sure if this location is doing it, but this company has been hiring "virtual cashiers", real people who are living outside of canada, using zoom to take peoples orders. The migrant crisis is erasing Canadians and now you don't even have to live in Canada to steal our jobs?

Ordered a Cobb salad and normally they PACK in the lettuce. The bowl was half full, it looked like the last little bits of lettuce of the day had been added into the bowl and the toppings just thrown on top. I’m pregnant and I really was craving a nice salad. I paid $16 for something worth maybe $6. I won’t be going to this location again.

Very good experience at Freshii! The staff were knowledgeable and easily answered any questions I had, the menu price is rather competitive which I was pleasantly surprised with! A great selection of fresh ingredients I look forward to coming back!!

Terrible service-took forever for two bowls, servicer was unfriendly and looked under the weather. Veggies were NOT fresh at all and the bowl was 80% rice! Will not be returning to this location ever!

Terrible customer service. I arrived with friends for a healthy meal two hours before closing at the fairway location to find the restaurant was very hot and reeked of bleach. I asked if we could open a door for air or sit on the patio and was told no. We left and went across the complex to Pita Pit for a much better experience. I will not be returning to freshii again. I would however recommend Pita Pit. Great service and lots of very tasty healthy options.

Absolutely abysmal location, was in with over 30 minutes before closed and they could make next to nothing because they had started closing down already. Staff was not apologetic or polite about it either.Judging by the rest of the reviews, this is not a one-off situation. Save your money and time and go to a different location or business.Clearly no one at this location cares about customers, they either don't read these or ignore them and this has been a long time issues.ZERO STARS

I asked for no beets with steak. The girl working there put beets and after driving away I noticed there was no steak, went back and ask for a bit of sauce on the top she was rude and said we charge for it but I don’t care.very rude and service was bad I don’t recommend this location.

If I knew who to contact I wouldn’t leave a bad review. always enjoy the food. The girl making my lunch today was a young Asia girl with a side pony her hair was swinging back and forth over top of the food also she did not remove her gloves when going from the cash register to food.Beaverbrook location in LondonPlease address this and I will remove review. I am not asking for someone to be fired or reprimanded just feel staff should be wearing hairnets or something
1. They have daily deals of $7.99, server said trainer didn’t teach her how to do it in the system so i have to pay regular price.2. I’ve been to freshii all over the area & in GTA, I always had the option to replace a topping with another for no charge. Couldn’t do it here and server tried to charge extra (bowl came to 14.99 in the end before tax instead of the 7.99 deal) All the server said was she wasn’t trained how to do it but every other freshii employee somehow knows there’s a replace button3. For buddha’s satay the portion here is about 50% of what i got in Vaughan, their noodles were soggy as well

I have been to this location a few times recently. Happy with staff, but they have some logistical problems. When it gets near closing time (30 minutes or so) many items are no longer available... Smoothies, Qinua, etc... There are no posted hours of operation... today (Friday) had a hand written note "closed at 5:00pm". I hope they sort these issues out, but judging from other reviews its systemic.
