“I had a terrific experience with Plant Matter Kitchen. After ordering the roasted beet with goat cheese salad (which is delicious) for a takeaway order, and realizing there was no goat cheese on the salad (an honest mistake), I let the restaurant know. They were very kind and offered me another salad, on the house. The food is always great here, and it's always nice to visit when I am back in London. A really nice addition to Wortley Village. Friendly service, too!“

We were regular visitors but disappointed with a few changes

First world issues I agree but the buns have become 3rd best and they removed certain cheese from the menu that have made our burgers less desirable and lastly , the spicy potato chips have changed, not as great as they use to be.“

“My husband and I had dinner tonight while waiting for our daughter at her birthday, our server Alex was wonderful and continuously checked in on us. Our food came in a timely manner and was delicious! Alex even went above and beyond to get us a special dessert! We will definitely be back.“

I would freeze that sauce into saucicles and eat about 10 on a hot summer day. I would make sweet magical love to that marinara. “On October 11th my daughter and her hubby chose garlics to host the meal for their small wedding. The atmosphere service, amazing dishes, the exceptional server, and the owner saying a few words, took the experience over the top for us. They even gave the couple a complimentary cake! Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made my whole dining experience feel special. It’s rare to meet someone who cares that much about their guests’ experience. “2025 updated review : I’ve gone back for pizza here and it’s really really good pizza! I definitely recommend and think there’s been a large improvement from the last time I went 4 years ago. I’d come back for sure. (I recommend the buffalo chicken pizza 100%! And honestly they’re all delicious).

2021: Really not that great anymore….. the tacos were bland and the coconut shrimp one was hella dry. Seems like it used to be better. The waitress was really nice tho.“

“We went for Mother’s Day brunch. The food was good. I especially like the lobster, beef roast, and the eggs benedict. My kids enjoyed the waffles and chocolate fondu.

Service is slow. Waiters were seen talking to colleagues while we needed coffee/water refresh or a dirty plate to be taken away.

They did compensate our mamosa’s however, when they realized they had forgotten to bring them.

All in all it was a decent experience for Mother’s Day.“

“April 26. We were there for my sister n brother in laws 40th anniversary. Excellent dinner. Shrimp n chicken dill fettuccine or steak or penne. Would go back.“

“I am a local and always try to stop by when I can. The environment is lovely, extremely kind workers. I went in around 1 to get some bread, and was told their would be fresh options later in the day. I went back and not only was there a wonderful selection, but the blonde worker who i'm assuming was a student had the place spotless from what it had been before. All the workers know their stuff and are fast and efficient when needed.“

“Our first time ordering from this place. It was good. Hit the spot with lots left over. Ordered the dinner for 2 plus an order of Cantonese chow mein. Was not fussy on the Cantonese chow mein as the noodles tasted like vegetable oil but a little sesame oil got rid of that. We were happy with everything and will order again. Lots of different things to try on their menu. The delivery guy was very nice and on time.“

“Cool little grocery stop in London, ON. It gave me farmboy vibes and it looked, fresh and clean. They have a popcorn specialty, which is the very reason we stopped by. We brought home the chocolate covered popcorn and have been dreaming about it since then. So, as we were visiting we needed to pick up more of that goodness. Its ao good. We also picked up other flavors as souvenirs for our family, it made a great gift. Couldn't help but grab some granola and saltwater taffy. This is like a food heaven. Although, the prices here are quite high and somewhat unaffordable, I highly recommend stopping for the delicious treats.“

“Too claustrophobic at Sunfest, so our family decided to visit Meltwich for a snack.
When we arrived, we noticed 1 girl working alone, as we were ordering, the amount of Uber orders coming through was astounding!!

Regardless, we were served promptly, and barely waited for our food. Shout out to Monica for working so hard and making our first experience amazing! Give this girl a raise!
