Service was really disappointing. The staff member seemed distracted and not engaged from the start—turning away mid-order and repeatedly asking us questions we had already answered. Our orders weren’t prepared as requested (e.g., not toasted when asked), and there was confusion when we tried to add items, including basic questions about menu options.

That said, the food itself was actually very good and reasonably priced, which is what ultimately saved...

First time visiting the great Canadian bagel and I was a bit confused regarding my order, than one of the staff member Jean jumped in and she suggested me some really good options which I really liked so yeah a good place for a quick snack.

Found it expensive for bagels. However, bagels were light , fresh, unlike the dense ones we get at other QSR & stores. The specialty bagels were not that great for the price. A good place for fresh baked bagels.
