Worst experience ever, the server is so rude she thinks she’s the owner, but she’s extremely rude. The food was pathetic, extremely spicy even after asking for milf spice the chicken is completely frozen and chewy and tasted verybad , would never recommend

This place... my word have I become a loyal fanatic! The Butter Chicken, Lamb Biryani, Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup and their Spring Rolls have become almost a weekly occurrence with my family. The Cucumber Raita is just always a beautiful and delicious addition to have on top. The portions are always phenomenal and the dedication to accuracy and making sure that every bite is flavour packed has been a consistent and very much anticipated night in our household!
Thank you to the wonderful staff that make such flavourful dishes! Your work and dedication to making incredible food has us hooked!

Do not recommend at all. Ordered Tangda chicken, curry was almost like water, chicken was so stingy, hard to chew, definitely weeks old frozen, rice was so distasteful. This is no hakka food, this was extremely disappointing experience. Please do not waste your money, I rather eat mix of bowl of ketchup, mustard and relish.

A recent visit today at Hakka Khazana was the worst we have had so far.
Server name - Ashwini, ask us to sit on a two chair table whereas we were with her one year old boy as well. We needed the baby chair which means we needed more space as well. After sitting there for a while, we realized we need to move, but because there was nobody coming to ask about our experience we moved to a 4 chair table on our own.
The server came to us and said that “ you should’ve first come to us and told us that you want to move” to which we misunderstood and said that’s OK. We did it ourselves because we did not want to bother anybody plus there was nobody coming to serve us anyway. To which she replied “ no but you should have come to us in order to change your table, because this is a four people table we cannot have two people sitting here” . Not sure but she missed out that we were having a boy as well so we needed more space it makes us three people. She was absolutely rude, kept repeating the same sentence to the point where we have to mention her that for us, the comfort of her boy is priority, and because you guys were not coming to serve us or to ask about our experience we had to do it on our own.
I moved to London, four years ago, since the day I moved, I’ve been coming to this restaurant. I have had countless memories here, I have loved the food and the experience every time. There is no complaint against the food or anything else but experiences like this will push us from coming here again.
