great rooms and clean place...
Easily the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Upon arrival I checked in with Danielle and she made my stay here effortless. She is the reason I would come back very nice, and she actually cared about how my stay here would be!
Felt clean and loved the huge window
Holiday Inn & Suites London South by IHG is a decent and clean hotel that has recently been renovated. It features big, spacious rooms and is located close to midscale eats, although nearby construction may cause minor navigation issues. Guests appreciate the friendly and efficient service, especially from Nicole and Jeel at reception, who provide quick and smooth check-in processes. Overall, it is highly recommended for a nice stay in London, ON.
