Asian Eatery in London is a gem! The restaurant is well-maintained, with a bright and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for families. The ambiance is friendly and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal.
The food was delicious, with portions designed for sharing among at least three people, which made for a fun and communal dining experience. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring we had a great time.
Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with family. Highly recommended!

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Ordered for a specific time window while traveling thru for work. Driver showed up 10 mins early to 30 min window (kinda nice, but then he was wondering why I was late meeting him, when he was early actually). Ordered crispy beef, which I’ve ordered dozens of times at dozens of shops. Lukewarm, soggy mess, and about the WHITEST “beef” I’ve ever seen (I’m a decent foodie, and I’m 99% sure what I got was pork). No napkins or cutlery (was checked off for those). Uber Eats won’t let me rate restaurant, only driver, so here I am. I searched and didn’t find any way to message or review or deduct tip from restaurant on app - very frustrating, and a great reason why these apps and ADVANCED TIPPING FOR EVERYTHING is screwing up the quality offered in the food and service industry. Very frustrating experience. If I was in store, I would have handed straight back to kitchen. Never ordering again.

Over the half dozen times I have eaten here, I have noticed a steady decline in food quality and service. Today, a half dozen dim sum dishes which seemed to have been re-heats; not at all fresh - beef balls dry and shrunken; chicken feet not at all traditional as advertised - had been breaded and deep fried. Best part of my story is non-existent service, waitress too busy with maintenance tasks behind bar to realize our dishes were ready and waiting while we sat for 20 min first being served 1 dish then waiting for another 10 min later; when asked whether there would be another long delay for the remaking 4 dishes, she replied “yes” ; I expressed displeasure that in 40 min we had only had 2 dishes … she left only to return 30 seconds later with all 4 dishes- they obviously had been ready for quite some time but as indicated she preferred to busy herself with non-service tasks rather than provide attentive service. She then ignored us but made direct eye contact as we tried to summon her over when we were done to clear, and provide bill. When challenged she insisted I was not respecting her… ME… the customer whose business affords her employment. We were only the second party of 2 in the restaurant… the other party was already eating when we arrived.
The manager was at first reticent to acknowledge my concerns and seemed not to know what to do. I indicated I would never return and that as a unsatisfied customer I would make my review known to at least 20 of my friends. While I was willing to pay for the food but made it clear there would be no tip because there had been no service of quality, he insisted on comping but the fact remains, it was the most unenjoyable 1 1/2 hours for 6 sub-standard dim sum dishes I have ever experienced.

Food is great with good quality ingredients and uses less oil and msg, which explains the slightly higher pricing.Just a small complaint about the benches, the one that I had was farther away from the table, so I was sitting at the edge of the seat. The seating can definitely be more comfortable, but I find benches to be uncomfortable in any restaurants. It has become my go-to Chinese restaurant in London!

The guy who is working here (at night around 10.45 - to 11 pm )is really got an attitude. I think he is not happy with his boss. Very very bad and rude behavior to customers. Its looks like he is purposefully doing this.Need some training for him.
