We had a wonderful time at Joe Kool’s overall, but unfortunately, we experienced a very concerning incident that we feel needs to be shared.
One of the female bouncers aggressively removed my friend from the crowd, despite the fact that she was not intoxicated. She was grabbed by one arm, thrown onto the stairs leading to the outdoor smoke pit, and when she was already on the ground trying to comply and leave, the bouncer continued to push her.
