We were in on April 12th. at London Fanshawe and Hyde Park location.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Food was great ! Restaurant was nice and clean.Our server Teresa was excellent. We were having a leisurely lunch with our 89 year old aunt from Barrie. She gave us wonderful service, and let us take our time visiting. She even took a few photos of us after lunch. Thank you Teresa !!

Amazing staff and consistent quality of food! Lots of gluten-free options. Menu prices are very fair! Weekday specials are fantastic!
This is a great location as the food is delicious and the servers are friendly.A bizarre interaction did occur with one of the managers where he was inattentive twice to my husband's food and the server professionally remedied it without pointing out it was her manager's fault with the comedy of errors. We were so impressed that my husband wrote a wonderful review of the server on the website (without pointing out that the manager caused the issues in the first place). About 30 mins after leaving, said inattentive manager calls and says he was the one who fixed it! We were shocked since as a leader you should celebrate your employees. I truly hope that this was a one off and this is not the normal behavior of management as the servers and bussers are great.

Our server(s) were great! The food was really good too. My partner got the Salt & Vinny fish and chips, our friend got the steak sandwich and I got the Cajun chicken fajitas. My only complaint was finding out I had to pay for extra tortillas. They're usually free most places I go. And I was only given two and they were 25 cents each. Other than that it was a pleasant experience for us all.
