Yummy food and outstanding customer service!
My wife bought some prepared meals to try and, if I’m being honest, there was some trepidation on my part to try them. The chicken parm bites meal soon dispelled my worries. VERY TASTY!
I’ve tried the jerk chicken, honey garlic chicken, and lasagne (photo) and all great! Ready in 2 mins, very delicious ingredients, great nutritional value.

They have some of the best pre made meals for on the go when your busy especially when you need lotta prepped meals for athletes. Great prices and good deals.
