Came in and ordered at kiosk like the staff asked me too. Waited 5 minutes for my food. Staff comes out from kitchen and tells me it'll be 10 minutes for the sandwich I ordered. I ask for refund and am told its not possible because I ordered at the kiosk. Smh
KFC has me hostage I guess, and now my whole lunch break is waiting for them to make "fast food"

Well, it's KFC, this store has been renovated and they have a new batch of personnel that is much better than the summer one. The layout in very confusing without proper signs and started using service ordering units, what I don't see the point for a very small store.

First time trying this branch and obviously the last. Went there with both my sister and her two daughters, we ordered from the screen and were waiting for the food, although we waited about 15 minutes for ours to be ready but everything else was okay. It all started when we start eating our food, that one lady begins to closing the restaurant, from cleaning the tables that already clean and put the chairs on the tables, not to mention she did not care how loud it was and that might effect us and the two kids that were with us, to faking that she had locked the front doors and removed the carpet in front them. Her actions made us so uncomfortable which leads me to grab my phone while I was eating to make they’re not gonna close now sure. We spent more time waiting our food than the time we actually take to eat it. Unprofessional service. I hoped they try to improve their employees instead of their decor because apparently no one will ever come for that service again.

Ordered food at night for pickup through KFC app. They missed few items (2 large fries as side) in one of my combined items. I called them next day about the missing items, they mentioned I should have informed them previous day. How can I if I order at night and the restaurant gets closed? Very poor and unprofessional service. Would avoid this location even if it is the last standing restaurant after an apocalypse.

20 min in drive thru before ordering..then, additional 15 min to wait for food preparation At least food is fresh and hot. It seems their pace of ordering, preparing and fulfilling order is at a pace of a snail. Very very slow service! @ KFC wonderland road, London Ontario

Just placed an order with this location they called and confirmed and claimed that they triple checked my order and didn’t. The manager or customer service representative was rude and called me a lair when I mentioned what happened.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich of the day spicy. When I paid she said that might take more then 5 mints so I can put regular chicken with spicy sauce. I said that work too. When I open i was shocked because she put chicken wrap. Means she don't know about sandwiches and wraps. And there is a big sign board of sandwiche right infront of this KFC. So I go back and reorder. But unfortunately she was not too sure about her menu. I requested to refund my money of $11.30 because I give her $12 and she gave me change of 70cents. She said me to give change of 70cents. I gave her 70cents and she give me my money. When I leave and check money money was again 11.30 not $12. Thats shows she was not normal at that time.
