The attitude is very bad. I bought a meal for 20 dollars and waited for 1 hour. She came Ask a question. Not even look at me and face is totally bad. Otherwise, don't ask me. Is it racial discrimination? I waited for 1 hour and then the person who took the order took it before me. The attitude is very bad????????????????????????????????

Today I ordered take out from this KFC, I ended up late picking it up. Aisha called to check what was up, I told her I was 10 mins away and I was sorry. I arrived and they packed new hot food for me. They were so nice! Despite it being my fault they gave me amazing food and service. Thank you so much!

The chicken at KFC in Canada is some of the worst I've ever tried. They use bone-in breast and the chicken is not as crispy as expected. I do not recommend!

Order take out. Wasn’t ready. Waited 25 minutes. Got it home the gravy lid was not secured and everything in the bag including the chicken was swimming in gravy.

I wasn't happy with how things were for KFC. First, I tried to do it online and get delivery. Things were OK until the payment options came. Only debit/credit or Google pay. No option for card or cash at the door. So I put debit but because it's linked with credit it only had options to put credit card in and I didn't want to do that so I called and someone told me there's a different number to call for delivery. So I called and an automation came on saying they won't deliver unless it's prepaid for. I hung up and didn't bother. They said it was for safety of workers. I totally understand why it's like this, but not worth all the hassle I went through to get food delivered.

Made an online order set for 7:15pmGot a notification at 6:55pm the order was completed and packed....Why 20 minutes before my pick up time? Got my food and it was cold...... disappointed, even the nice renovations can't keep up with the idiotic workers ?

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered delivery through the KFC app. I live close to this location but didn't realize it had reopened, but I don't have a vehicle and walking would mean cold food by the time I got home. Anyways, I ordered on Friday and never got my order. Delivery guy brought a tiny bag. I asked him where the rest of my order was and he said that was what they gave him. I asked him to go back and get my correct order and he told me no, and told me to call the store, it wasn't his issue. I called the store and was hung up on. I waited a bit and called back and got a different person. She said refund was processed. Fast-forward to today (Tuesday) and I'm still out my $40. I physically walked to the store and they said it wasn't refunded. They proceeded to tell me it will be done and take 3-5 days to show in my bank account. A week to get a refund? Completely unacceptable customer service. I would avoid this location at all costs.

So I don't know if this is the first review since they reopened but either KFC is made a lot of new decisions without telling the public or this KFC in general is making some weird decisions. They've put a seasoning on their fries which is not bad but is not KFC fries. I got their new slider burgers. They're quite good. But as always with every KFC around the world, their lettuce is always terrible. So that's not just for this one, but the biggest thing and the reason why I'm raining. This review is because I am obsessed with their macaroni salad. And right off the bat the color is off. Now the taste is not too bad but is certainly not KFC macaroni. It's like a really watered down version of it and if that is the case with all KFC macaroni I will not be ordering it anymore or in general, probably not going back to KFC if these are the actual changes that they have made.

I am so grateful for the woman who was working drive thru tonight!! She made my day. She was extremely friendly and kind to me. My plant-based sandwich combo was amazing as well. Thank you so much for blessing me with your amazing customer service and positive attitude. Will always come to this location now!
