Excellent services whether it’s for taking orders or handing out food, its really good. For my order I tried the 4 piece box meal which includes 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, one side all of these items are well placed inside a box, chicken taste is outstanding ( the cook is really good I can say). I do not usually eat the food court at Masonville Mall unless it is convenient for me nor for anything in my group who I am hanging out with. My brother got a chicken sandwich there and it is so expensive. I heard my acquaintances went to KFC at Masonville Mall. They said they have poor experience there. The chicken sometimes is pink which is a sign it is not fully cooked properly. This is the only fried chicken joint in the Masonville area, and it is KFC inside the mall. The...

The line is usually very busy as it’s one of the better options at the food court.It’s really kind of hit or miss, the staff are usually nice but occasionally, the food isn’t as fresh or items are left out. Overall though, it’s usually really good and the staff are friendly.
