Soooo good!!! I go here with my friends sometimes, and the bubble tea is amazing! their snack options are only egg waffles but thats fine, after all i just like to get a small drink to go. the workers r super nice and quick!! love this place :3
Lots of flavours and add ons to choose from for drinks. Got the chocolate milk tea with pearls and it was good. I will be back to try the other flavours.
I have not tried their other flavors and normally I would just get something fruity. However, this time I let my intuition go with the popular drink.. Milk King.. and I am not disappointed at all. I have ordered this twice and both time I asked for 25 to 50% less sugar and it still was really good because of all the stuff in it. This is my favorite drink. The location is nice and close to Victoria Park..so grab your drink and enjoy a walk around the park.
This store is always on time. I was genuinely impressed by their excellent selection of teas and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great services. I would recommend this tea house.
Unbelievable how cheap the plastic cup was — it literally shattered with a gentle squeeze. Ended up wearing my drink instead of enjoying it. If you’re serving beverages, the container should at least survive the first minute.
Good time placr
My kids love coming here and they have a great time every single visit. They especially enjoy playing the claw machines to try to win a prize. The drinks are fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Found recently. Ordered a ton since. Never been disappointed. Love them.
You guys did forget to give me my partner a straw when we order through Uber eats but regardless, I’m giving you guys a five star. I’ve been drinking bubble tea for more than 10 years every week and somehow you guys make it very good. Maybe not the best. The best I had was in the Philippines but the best down here and forgetting a straw I know it’s an accident, but it was still good.
Today, I was taking bus 13 downtown to a bubble tea shop. It’s called Kung Fu Tea and is on Richmond St and Hyman St.
I ordered three things. I’ll go over the Chocolate Egg Waffle first. This thing was huge! I did not expect it to be the size it was. Basically, chocolate was mixed into the batter before making the waffle. It had a lovely waffle pattern, different from the North American style. It had buttons instead of a grid of squares. This costed $5.5. I’ll rate it at 8.7/10.
I ordered two bubble tea drinks as well. I drank the medium Chocolate Milk Tea first. I added pudding to it, which was semi-sweet and yellow. The chocolate liquid was delicious. It costed me $5.7. This’ll get a 9/10.
A tip I tell people is to ask for no ice in bubble tea. This allows room for more of the tasty ingredients, instead of ice which is just water. Your drink will still be cold because the ingredients are cold to begin with; you don’t need ice.
The final item was a medium Taro Slush with no toppings. It was purple and gets its name from the taro root. I always, always get a taro drink when I get bubble tea. It’s just a tradition now. It was listed at $6. I’ll give this drink a 9/10.
In fact, everything was delicious here! Chatime Bubble Tea has been my favourite place for long time, but we have another contender! Kung Fu Tea is a must-visit.

I went here recently with a good friend of mine who is a boba lover that has been to many bubble tea places in London and she gave this place her stamp of approval! There is a large variety of drinks you can get and customize. I got a large mango yogurt slush with mango popping boba ($1 extra) and the price was great. They only have small and large sizes and the prices are not far off so I recommend getting a large. If you are not playing the claw machines you won't break the bank. Most of our money went towards the many brightly lit large and smaller claw machines with plush toy prizes (good quality prizes!). It was difficult but we won 3 items with $50 worth of coins. The items have a point amount and if you get enough of them you can trade them in for larger prizes behind one of the counters...but I don't see that happening very often unless you are very good at these machines. It was a very fun experience, though! The staff seemed busy so they didn't take our order personally and we had to figure out there was a screen ordering system (like mcdonalds) by the sitting area. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. It happened to be busy when we went because a big family was there but once they left it was nice and peaceful. The quality of the drink was amazing, and they make the boba fresh. Thanks for the great memories!
Dietary restrictions: You can supplement milk for a milk alternative and you can also make personal notes for the drink if you have a specific dietary restriction.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it here because of all the brightly lit claw machines with plush toys inside. There are also smaller ones near the ground for smaller children.
