Was excited for a late night treat while hanging out with my girlfriend. Ordered us each a drink. My uber order was cancelled because the taro was out of stock apparently. Reordered without that item and when I got it it was a mango yogurt slush and they had FILLED it with coffee jelly and added it to my order when it was supposed to be popping lychee boba. Undrinkable and super disappointed.

The slowest bubble tea place on planet earth. Also, made like 10 orders that were after me before mine.

I've always had excellent experiences with this business. It didn't go well tonight tho. Order took an hour & beverage was melted. I still give your brand top scores but the delivery partner failed you on this trip.

Not a good experience. I was coming to London from Toronto and tried my way best to reach before 11pm to get the bubble tea from Kung Fu specially.

I reached at 10:55 and couldve placed order before closing. But they refused and said everything is out of stock and that they have washed everything. It was a Wednesday, 10:55pm.

It was a bad decision after such a long drive. Must add that If closing schedule says 11, it should be 11. Not 10:55 or even 10:58.

Soooo good!!! I go here with my friends sometimes, and the bubble tea is amazing! their snack options are only egg waffles but thats fine, after all i just like to get a small drink to go. the workers r super nice and quick!! love this place :3

Lots of flavours and add ons to choose from for drinks. Got the chocolate milk tea with pearls and it was good. I will be back to try the other flavours.

I have not tried their other flavors and normally I would just get something fruity. However, this time I let my intuition go with the popular drink.. Milk King.. and I am not disappointed at all. I have ordered this twice and both time I asked for 25 to 50% less sugar and it still was really good because of all the stuff in it. This is my favorite drink. The location is nice and close to Victoria Park..so grab your drink and enjoy a walk around the park.

This store is always on time. I was genuinely impressed by their excellent selection of teas and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great services. I would recommend this tea house.

Unbelievable how cheap the plastic cup was — it literally shattered with a gentle squeeze. Ended up wearing my drink instead of enjoying it. If you’re serving beverages, the container should at least survive the first minute.
