Put in an Uber order around 316am. The Uber app was telling me the 2 wraps and bottled pop i ordered wouldnt be ready till 422am. I had assumed this was a bug in the system cause theres no way it takes over an hour to prepare 2 wraps so I made it there around 346am approx. When I entered I saw one employee sweeping the lobby and one employee came from the back to greet me. Only once I gave them my name and order did they start preparing it. Now I don't like to make complaints but an hour wait time for two similar wraps is absurd especially since it seemed that they weren't entirely busy. Nor will i be recommending this place at any point from here on out. If yall are this negligent during down periods id hate to see what it looks like during rushs. I'll be sticking with Shelbys from now on.
Also I do suspect the employee didn't wash their hands before preparing my order. Wishing I would've payed more attention while I was there now.

Bro I ordered the shawarma platter which used to be absolutely massive and I’d use it for two meals, but all of a sudden it’s less than half the original portion and they hiked the price?? This is not worth 23 dollars lol. Their phone number also straight up doesn’t work so I wasn’t able to call and see if a mistake was made 😭 just go to Shelby’s

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service! I stopped by around 6 a.m. when they were already closed, but the staff were still so kind and actually took my order instead of turning me away. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned shawarma, soft pita, and that signature Lazeez garlic sauce that never disappoints. Truly above and beyond service and taste. Five stars all the way!
