3rd time I have come to the Ernest St location in London for a quick hot and ready and none are ready. Staff were rude and short. Be better!

Had a bad experience at this little ceasers today, when I called to order the pizza the girl was rushing me to take my order and when I finished hungup the phone. When I went to pick up my order thr customer service was horrible and when I was eating my food I found a small black hair in my food today. Very unimpressed

This location never seems to have pizza ready or anyone working. I walked into the location and no one came to the front for almost 5 minutes. When she came up it was to deliver pizza to the man ahead of me. By this time another person walked in. Never greeted either of us. Pizza ended up being ready thank goodness but the next guy was told 15 minutes. The crazy bread wasn't fresh either. 2pm on a Saturday

Girl at the front counter leaves much to be desired. Because I am in a rush, I come in for a hot and ready. The girl at the counter says it will be fifteen minutes. I comment that I thought it was supposed to be hot and ready. She replies we are busy. No apology. She just couldn't care less.

So I placed an order on uber eats and I called to make sure my code was applied for the buy 1 pizza and get the 2nd one free .. I get that it has nothing to do with the store but I called to make sure it went through on there end and the lady on the phone “manager “ said it didn’t go through and I said if there anyway you can apply the code on her end cause or else I won’t have pitched the 17.99 pizza cause I can’t afford that price at the moment but since it was my kids birthday I thought why not 2 for 1 pizza can’t complain.. anyways she said she couldn’t cause it’s a uber eats thing and i totally understand that. So she told me To cancel and redo my order , so I did what she said and uber said that couldn’t refund me my money cause they accepted it on there end . Little bummed out that they took my 31$ from me knowing damn well it’s my kids birthday and it was for her birthday party! Not to mention when I asked for her name she hung the phone up and I had to call back and she said I can take it up with head office. She told me countless times she was the manager and she won’t loose her job! .. shouldn’t have been this difficult now I’m out 31$ and SHES the one who told me to cancel the order. If I could give this place less then 1 star I would totally ignorant .

I called today to ask for a pizza for delivery and they said they discontinued the service what Little Caesars doesn't do delivery I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that's absolutely ridiculous

Went in to grab a little ceasers because neither myself nor the girlfriend wanted to cook, and they’re having a promotional offer and collaboration with an online game I play. I requested my receipt, received it went home to eat our food and collect my rewards only to find out after that the cashier cut off the bottom of the receipt and was unusable to. Safe to say I’ll be enjoying real pizza from here on out.
