I frequent this butcher shop frequently for brisket, ribs and steaks. As someone who consistently smokes meat there are only a handful of butcher shops i trust and this is one of them.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate the gents who serve the frontline customers the most due to embracing and exemplifying customer service.
