Shout out to the boys behind the counter cooking one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their synergy and exceptional fun customer service was so refreshing. Just look at that sandwich, I was stuffed after eating 1/4 of it. Thanks guys!! 👍
I frequent this butcher shop frequently for brisket, ribs and steaks. As someone who consistently smokes meat there are only a handful of butcher shops i trust and this is one of them.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate the gents who serve the frontline customers the most due to embracing and exemplifying customer service.

I bought a beef brisket to smoke and it was delicious. The butcher said it was aged 55 days, told me what the internal temp should be and how to cook it. I will be back.
