Sometimes we order food based on our preferences, allergies, or dietary restrictions—some people don't eat beef, for example. A quick heads-up would be appreciated instead of just replacing items without notice. Please keep this in mind moving forward. It really ruins the experience when you're already hungry and looking forward to your meal, only to receive something different. Very disappointing. 😤

Great atmosphere and lots of options to choose from, however, the food is subpar. I tried the turon and maroya. I didn't appreciate the sourness of the turon. The other one tasted like flour with sugar. Maybe I will return for the groceries, but not the food.
This store has been fantastic to me, extremely kind people who are welcoming and helpful. I will always recommend and come back myself to this authentic establishment. 10/10 service every time.

I ordered barbecue twice. In Nov 20 pcs. When I came home I counted it and the total barbecue on my tray is only 16 pcs. Then on Dec 24 I ordered again 15pcs but when I counted it again at home it was only 14pcs. I dont know if it was just a coincedence or the server in their pantry must have a counting problem. FYI i didnt count my order on the store before leaving because the area was so busy during those times.
