I was disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. My kids were taking some time to choose their ice cream flavors, and I opened the freezer to look for the flavor they had selected. The freezer was open for less than a minute when the lady at the counter asked me to close it.
I politely asked, “Is there a problem with opening the freezer?” as I genuinely wanted to understand if there was a concern. Her response felt defensive, and the interaction came across as rude and unwelcoming.
I want to emphasize that I love the ice cream at London Ice Cream Company, and it has been one of our favorite summer spots for years. This is the first time I’ve experienced service like this, which was disappointing and made me question whether I would return in the future.
I hope this was an isolated incident, as the quality of the ice cream has always been excellent.

We love London Ice Cream Company!! Everytime we came it's a pleasure to meet new flavours plus the incredible service that all the ladies at the front provide, including Marcela who speaks Spanish and that's a plus!! Very recommended.

The worst experience i’ve had in my life, I was there few minutes ago with my kid and the workers were extremely rude and unfriendly, me and my kid were ordering and the workers weren’t even listening they were gossiping and laughing at us. I don’t know why you’d hire someone who doesn’t want to do their jobs neither can they be nice to your costumers instead of treating them like absolute trash. And to the workers, If u don’t know how to deal with customers respectfully then stay home. A bad experience, never coming back.

The employee working cash accused me of paying with a credit card when I was using visa debit on apple pay. She told me I was lying to her when I wasn't, and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. Will not be back.

The outdoor seating in the summer is lovely, and it’s always worth the drive. Staff are consistently kind and helpful, and they made a recent mix-up easy and stress-free. Great customer service.
