Good ice cream, cramped and tables were sticky. Otherwise no issues!

Ice cream was good and the place was nice, but sadly I wouldn't return for the life of me because of an unpleasant experience I had with "one" particular staff member. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or whether it's in his nature to be rude to every single customer. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed due to his impolite words and behavior. More effort needs to be put into training staff on basic customer service etiquette.

Great place for ice cream in the heart of London. The staff were super friendly and patient (there were so many choices) I love the serving sizes and flavors. I will be going back for sure. And don’t forget your CAA card for a discount.

Had the worst experience at Marble Slab downtown when the cashier made me pay twice for my order. I had $25 downtown dollars gift card that I used to pay for my order. The POS system said approved and we went ahead and started preparing our order. After 5 minutes the cashier asks me to come back and pay again because the system didn’t print a receipt even though he saw we used our gift card and it said payment approved. The cashier was so rude, had no idea if they were participating with downtown London and could use the card. The lead said there’s no option and I have to pay $50 for a $25 order. We asked if he can confirm it with his manager and he said he just can’t. Poor service, rude staff and a new way to steal customers money. If you are collaborating/promoting your business with the city educate your staff about it too so that customers don’t have to pay twice the amount for their order!!!

I always love going to Marble Slab; the staff were always accommodating to my request not to have the ice cream mixed. However, this time was different. He insisted on mixing it. He needs to cater to customers' requests and not insist on what he's used to doing. Not everyone wants their ice cream mixed and melted.

It was my first visit to this ice cream place, recommended by a friend who praised its delicious ice cream and charming ambiance. And they were right – the place was really cute and cozy. One of my friends even captured a quick video, as we thought it was Instagram-worthy.Two of my friends placed orders. The guy serving, who’s White, was super nice and even cracked jokes. But the younger guy who took my friend's order seemed a bit unfriendly. His face looked like he didn't want us around, literally like this ?.While we patiently waited for our friends to finish their ice creams, the same young man came over with the same irritated expression ?. He asked my friend to delete the video she had taken, claiming it was inappropriate and disrespectful. We were all surprised ? because he was hardly in the video for even a second. Our intention was to show off the place, not him. A polite approach would have sufficed, and we would have understood even if he hadn't been in the video at all ?.Ps. Had a taste of the icecream and its really good ? love the strawberry ?
