I always love going to Marble Slab; the staff were always accommodating to my request not to have the ice cream mixed. However, this time was different. He insisted on mixing it. He needs to cater to customers' requests and not insist on what he's used to doing. Not everyone wants their ice cream mixed and melted.
Always satisfied with Marble Slab in downtown. It’s an amazing place to get delicious milkshakes. The staff are friendly and they are detail-oriented as well. Should go there again.

Great place for ice cream in the heart of London. The staff were super friendly and patient (there were so many choices) I love the serving sizes and flavors. I will be going back for sure. And don’t forget your CAA card for a discount.
