Beautiful building, awesome customer service. Upgrade your ice cream... as a pro ice cream, conicour just go to shaws ice-cream, they know ice cream. I ended up eating my ice cream with a spoon out of the cone.

Milkshakes are mostly milk and no ice cream, thought i was drinking a milk beverage and not a milkshake. What a waste of money. Their ice cream is usually really good. Stay away from the shakes.

A wonderful place with very tasty ice cream. My children know that the most delicious ice cream is sold here! Yes, it’s a little more expensive than, for example, buying a bucket of ice cream in Freshko. But the taste is worth it! We have visited this establishment several times! We also purchased an ice cream cake for our son’s birthday! The staff is always friendly) The only caveat is that I would like the floor in the hall to be cleaner. But I’ll still come here again for my favorite ice cream!

The ice cream was delicious as usual, but the customer service was disappointing. We visited on July 3rd and arrived about 15 minutes before closing. The staff was busy cleaning and seemed unhappy to see us, they were unfriendly, and we had really poor customer experience.

Ordered via uber eats. Requested utensils. Received none. Staying in a hotel with no restaurant so I couldn't even eat it at all. I'm not eating icecream with my hands. So it melted and got thrown out. Super pissed. What a waste of $20 when all I was craving was chocolate icecream. Definitely won't order again unless I can go get it myself to ensure i get some way to eat it.
They also never answer their phone.

The line up was so very long. They need more staff and can hopefully afford it considering one scoop is $10. Needless to say, it was overpriced in my opinion.
