Great Ice Cream. Staff was excellent.

Usually I really love coming here for a late night snack, but tonight I found small bits of plastic in my milkshake. They were grey which made me think that it’s parts of the blender which had plastic grey parts. I didn’t bother going back to ask for a new one as they were in the middle of a big rush, but maybe this is something you should look into so people aren’t drinking plastic.

Beautiful building, awesome customer service. Upgrade your ice cream... as a pro ice cream, conicour just go to shaws ice-cream, they know ice cream. I ended up eating my ice cream with a spoon out of the cone.

Milkshakes are mostly milk and no ice cream, thought i was drinking a milk beverage and not a milkshake. What a waste of money. Their ice cream is usually really good. Stay away from the shakes.

A wonderful place with very tasty ice cream. My children know that the most delicious ice cream is sold here! Yes, it’s a little more expensive than, for example, buying a bucket of ice cream in Freshko. But the taste is worth it! We have visited this establishment several times! We also purchased an ice cream cake for our son’s birthday! The staff is always friendly) The only caveat is that I would like the floor in the hall to be cleaner. But I’ll still come here again for my favorite ice cream!

The ice cream was delicious as usual, but the customer service was disappointing. We visited on July 3rd and arrived about 15 minutes before closing. The staff was busy cleaning and seemed unhappy to see us, they were unfriendly, and we had really poor customer experience.
