I don't like the food there because it's unhealthy, there are a lot of teenagers, it's noisy and unclean, and it's not suitable for me.

Ordered my breakfast at five fifteen this morning and just got my food it's all cold as you would assume after a hour of sitting I'm from kitchener and grew up in toronto this is not how mcdonald's Operate it's fast food and shouldn't be cold to the point it feels like it was in the fridge im very disappointed guess I have to start my day without breakfast today
3 time in a row we order hot coffee in drive thru, we consider coffee.
First 2 time, I was like I don't want to argue with just for dollar coffee but it not about a dollar it about the poor customer service and keep repeating same mistakes every time.

Service in drive through absolutely horrific was told to pull up front and they would bring order out, waited 15 minutes watched several other vehicles getting parked and served while we waited. Went in and they then inform they gave the order to someone else and didn’t come out to inform us.
What happened to customer service at McDonald’s?
Stood at the counter for 90 seconds without so much as being acknowledged. Now, that might seem like a short period of time to some. But at one time three seconds before acknowledgement was considered poor service at McDonald’s. Now, it seems to be the norm to wait two minutes Before anyone so much as recognizes you as a customer.
Automation will take over and people will be without jobs simply because customer service has been removed from most restaurant chains! Such a shame!!

This place is a disaster. Sunday Sept 21st at 8:15pm EST. Food and debris all over the floor. Half the tables not wiped down. Kiosk out of paper. Slow service. Wow, get your crap together ya’ll.

Toilets was pretty awful...dirty. clearly a busy location and they should maintain the place regularly. Upon entering it was also dirty and too smelly for my liking

They forgot my sweetnsour sauce
I ordered a triple-triple coffee at 12:58 am, but I received coffee that wasn't hot. I returned it, and they told me to wait for three minutes. However, I ended up getting another coffee at 1:28 am, only after asking again. My experience with this McDonald's was disappointing.
