They always miss part of orders like ice cream, milkshakes, and muffins. Even though I asked them to double check if they've put every item in the package, I've never got the complete order from them.

The worst McDonalds I've ever been to Its unbelievable how bad this experience was. Went to the Mason ville mall when to get some McDonalds after ordered a rootbeer each, snack size mcflurry and some nuggets. The wait time wasn't horrible but the food terrible the cups of rootbeer were only half full, same as the mcflurry, the flurry literally tasted like butter I think they actually had butter in it, a hair in my flurry and the lady missed half my order even after she asked us to repeat it a thousand times. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Shameful Treatment of Delivery Drivers.
I’m shocked that a corporate giant like McDonald’s makes delivery drivers wait outside in freezing cold weather. It’s pathetic and inhumane. These drivers work hard to support your business, yet you can’t offer a warm waiting area or show basic respect?
For a company of your size, this is unacceptable. Fix this immediately—your reputation depends on it.
