No leadership where is the management? Ordered a coffee in the drive-through it was cold so i took it in to replace it . Instead of replacing it immediately they ran a new order and I waited 15-20 minutes. I watched about 25 coffee's go out the drive through. The manager was making frech fries the whole time! Finally ran out of patience and asked for my coffee . They gave me another ice cold coffee! Will not be going back. Maybe hire competent managers.

Why has their been no hot drinks besides normal coffee and tea for weeks??? If you're advertising a holiday menu but haven't been able to serve them for most of the holiday season what's the point?? Been patiently waiting but now go to other places that are more reliable and actually trying.

Honestly if I could give you 0 stars I would.... who the hell puts HOT SAUCE in a kids happy meal instead of honey garlic. Are you kidding me !!! My kid was in the back of the car and freaking out and I told them to pass me it and you gave them HOT SAUCE !!! Unreal

Every time I come here at 4:30am for coffee before work, they serve me the oldest, most bitter coffee and don't stir it, either. There's literally nothing else to do so early but swap coffee pots.

Food is fine, they've gotten a lot better at not messing up orders. But management and staff that work with customers need accessibility training for guests that are dining in. It sucks that in 2024 men still have no place to change their kids diapers at this location :( hopefully they can change this! Also I recommend placing signs if the family washroom is out of order and not mislead customers, I guess the manager is the only person that is aware the bathroom is under maintenance. Or they are lying and some one was using the washroom for what it is not intended for and they should consider locking it like they do with the other washrooms, either way, very poor experience this evening.
