Always happy to go to this location. The staff is great always positive. I have been to this location many times and only a few times my order was incorrect but in each case it was quickly resolved! Its drive through is often busy but you never have to wait too long. Inside it’s an ordinary McDonalds maybe a bit on the messy side. Overall pretty solid. Oh and the food is mid like every other location, but not unexpected.

I often come to this McDonald’s in the evenings, and every time, the same thing happens — a group of teenagers (around 14–16 years old) gathers inside, vaping, drinking alcohol, swearing loudly, disturbing customers, and insulting the staff. The managers do absolutely nothing about it. This place feels unsafe, poorly managed, and extremely unpleasant to visit.
What’s even more concerning is that this location has a children’s play area, which should be a safe and welcoming space for families. Instead, it’s completely inappropriate for kids to be around this kind of behavior. Parents are clearly uncomfortable, and many choose to leave rather than expose their children to the chaos and foul language.
It’s shocking that a well-known international brand allows this kind of atmosphere to exist. Other customers, especially families and older people, look visibly uncomfortable, and some even leave. There seems to be no supervision, no concern for customer safety, and no enforcement of basic rules. The staff appear overwhelmed and unmotivated, and management either ignores the issue or doesn’t care.
If this is how this location continues to operate, I will not be returning — and I’ll be warning others to avoid it as well.

Was very disappointed with my service today. Waited multiple minutes for my order. I had to go up cause they did not call in. I was not given a straw and the machine did not print a ticket. The tables and floor were also dirty

I ordered a Junior Chicken, but McDonald’s gave it to me without sauce and lettuce. When I politely informed the staff about the mistake, instead of fixing it, they were rude and started arguing with me.

On a not overly busy Monday evening around 17:30, I would expect better quality on 2 value meal burgers that should be simple to send out in no time in acceptable condition. However, I will say that the timeframe was fantastic, the 2 McDouble’s were discussing. There was so much grease on the out side of the burger (top, and bottom of the buns) that my son and I had to cover them in napkins to absorb the grease. It was almost as if the person took the meat out of the container use their bare hands, and then grab the buns.
In addition to that, one of them, Mc doubles have pickles, cheese, and that was it. There was a small trace of ketchup on the corner of the wrapper as if they completely missed the burger. I didn’t even notice there were no condiments on burger whatsoever.
I would’ve rather them spend another 30 seconds to make sure your burgers were done right as it was borderline inedible from all the grease.
The fries actually salted at a decent level and the chicken nuggets in the happy meal with hot and fresh so for that reason, I will give them some credit towards food quality.
Overall, I’m not available this particular location as they seem to push out burgers without quality and focus on quantity as this is not the first time I’ve noticed it at this particular establishment.
