This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I could not understand the employee at the counter and when I ordered a cheeseburger and a milkshake strawberry i got a hamburger without cheese and an abundance of mayo and a smoothie i think?

My son and I went to mcdonald's. My son asked for a wrap and some fries (happy meal). They gave us our happy meal with the wrong meal (chicken nuggets instead of a wrap). They also omitted the straw and the toy (which is the best part for him). We live far away, and I didn't realize until I got home.

The worst coffee I’ve had all year, I just got it right now at 9 pm, tastes like charcoal , it’s super burnt!

Didn’t put my sugar in or the Splenda in other one!

Never coming to this McDonald’s again

I was the only one on the counter the place wasn’t even busy and took the over 5 mins to give me the coffee and didn’t even do that right!

On November 27 I had an egg breakfast sandwich at This McDonald's. The egg was slimy and not cooked. I woke up the next morning very sick and have been unwell since. Please see pictures. I unfortunately consumed some of it before I realized that it was uncooked. I drove back through the drive thru and handed the item to the lady and she said that it was unacceptable and she would show the kitchen. They didn't provide a receipt which I found strange, as prior, I ate there every day and they always gave a receipt. If you value your health, I would stay away from this place.

My wife and I have had several bad experiences at this McDonald’s drive-thru, and today was the worst. The two girls working the window were rude to us again and treated us differently from other customers. Their attitude felt discriminatory, and we both felt singled out. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was ignored and not taken seriously, which made the situation even worse. We left feeling disrespected and extremely disappointed. Management needs to address this behaviour immediately.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee at the window was extremely rude again, speaking with an attitude and showing no respect toward customers. It’s really disappointing that this keeps happening, and it makes me not want to come back. Management seriously needs to address their staff’s behaviour because this level of service is unacceptable.

Had an awesome experience today! Tried the new Benny style breakfast sandwiches, substituted sausage instead of bacon. The staff was super friendly, the food was quick, hot fresh and accurate. It was a great experience! The young lady working the drive thru was so sweet and the gentleman who gave me out food was super friendly. Great job!!

Very bad customer service. They do not take care in checking orders are correct. And the owner will mislead in an attempt to correct the matter in hopes it goes away.

Store is often dirty, and the staff seem more interested in food fights with their friends then doing their jobs
