We came for my mom’s birthday dinner - Thursday night. Fairly busy but we had awesome service from Kenzie, and delicious food. My mom had the salmon and I have the mushroom smothered chicken which was a recommendation from our server Kenzie. We finished off with carrot cake for my mom’s birthday which she shared with me. Definitely enough for two people.Thanks for the great service. Will be back again soon for the excellent service and atmosphere.

If you're thinking of ordering through Doordash and ordering from Milestones in the south end, Don't!! I placed an order for 3 entres and 1 appetizer at 8:30 pm. I paid the extra for the faster delivery and gave a $20 tip. I check and my order was supposed to be delivered between 9:15 and 9:25. I kept refreshing the tracking as the time got closer and closer and the time kept getting pushed back and back. I finally called the driver to see what was going on and I was told another driver took my order by mistake, but not to worry as they were remaking my order and it would be on the way very soon. My order finally arrived at 9:55, almost an hour and a half after it was placed. All 3 entres were cold, the green beans in the one order weren't even cooked, the steak that was supposed to be medium rare, was rare. I contacted Doordash through text ( which is all that you can) and was promptly told there was no recourse due to company policies. I called Milestones and was told that there was nothing that the "Supervisor " could do other than contact the General manager. 2 of the 3 meals were thrown out after a couple bites, but the ribs and chicken was eaten as I hadn't ate since breakfast and would have eaten cardboard. These meals, between the tip, the service charges and taxes was almost a $200 disaster! Oh and the steak that was supposed to be a 7 oz steak was more like a 4 oz. I have had poor service before from other restaurants but nothing like this.
Ask for Gareth for your server. Amazing service and attention to detail! Great place and service to celebrate with friends.

Came in for a date night and were absolutely blown away by our server, Kenzie was the best waitress we’ve ever had at milestones. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience here was phenomenal. The food was also fantastic, would highly recommend the mediterranean chicken. We will be back and I will tell all of our friends to visit and to specifically ask for Kenzie.

I love the Masonville milestones and was in the south end of London so thought I would try this one. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted after we got sat. Once we ordered we waited an hour for our food. There was no updates from our server to let us know the kitchen was running behind or to let us know how much longer our food would be. The food was good, unfortunately the service and wait time made it not worth coming back.
Amazing experience food was great. Will definitely come back for more!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Milestones! Hostess at front was attentive and made sure to give us all information needed before dining. Our server Mara was kind and extremely helpful at catering to our dietary preferences. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of even though the restaurant was quite busy. Food was outstanding. Will be returning in the future.

Evening dinner out was last minute, but well worth it! All around great experience at Milestones - Green Curry Bowl extra spicy with blackened shrimp and Sweet Chili Chicken Bowl was our choices and they didn't disappoint! Oques was on point!!!

We are from Niagara, took a weekend visit to Sarina and stop here on way back to our city. Jeff had amazing energy and really connects with his guest.
