I had lunch at Osmow's today and was genuinely impressed! The service was quick—I barely had to wait for my food. The standout part of my visit was the server, He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when I was unsure about what to order, he patiently helped me choose something I ended up really enjoying. Great food, fast service, and amazing staff—definitely coming back!

I visited Osmow’s last night and ordered a wrap and a drink. I specifically asked for a mild wrap with standard toppings, but unfortunately, it was made extremely spicy and chicken was over cooked It was so bad that I had to throw it away.
I reported the issue to the store the next morning, hoping for a reasonable response. However, the staff member named Arul was quite unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he gave me excuses and refused to offer a proper resolution. I requested a replacement wrap, considering the one I received was inedible due to their error, but he only offered a 10% discount, which felt like an insult rather than a solution.
This experience was not just about the money — we went there for a decent dinner and were served poorly made food with unacceptable customer service. Sadly, both the food and staff were disappointing.
Not recommended.

Amazing food which i recieved pretty quickly and didnt have wait too long. As always it is worth the travel for some shawarma wraps. Forsure my favorite place for Shawarma wraps 🤤

I specifically added instructions to include the sauce inside the wrap, but it was completely ignored. It’s frustrating that no one checks the order notes on the app. When I brought it up, the staff member just said it was already made and couldn’t be redone—no offer to fix it or provide a solution. Really disappointing service. Not sure I’ll order again.
Manhoo and Danish were amazing and provided excellent customer service from food safety to quality and taste. Everything with was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Exceptional spot that ensures both quality and quantity! You guys should see their portion size! I am a kinda person who needs a large portion size. So regular service doesn't impress me. But this osmows surprised me with their generosity, lol !
