Visited Pur & Simple recently. The employees didn’t know how to treat customers properly—rude service and poor attitude throughout. Food was disappointing too. Won’t return.

Great experience for our Galentines Day Brunch! We had to wait 40 minutes for a table - which was fine as the service and food made up for it.
I had the Norweigan Eggs Benny and it was delicious! The Mimosas are also great.

I visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Our greeter/host promptly seated us and was pleasant. Our server, Tea, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu choices, especially with this being our first visit. I had the gluten-free crepe and enjoyed it.

My daughter and I went out for breakfast during my visit in London. The 20 minute wait was well worth it! The ambiance, menu options and dining experience is exceptional. Our server, Lily, greeted us with a smile and took very good care of us during our meal. The type of service she provided made our meal more enjoyable. She was informative, professional, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend taking the time to try this delicious restaurant!
