First time ordering, good prices, delivery for a minor fee, good value for the money.A good choice on the menu.The products are naturally raised with no hormones or antibiotics. We had the farmers sausages very tasty, and the turkey breast so far.

Do not recommend this location the customer service is poor you have to wait a 1/2 hour to get fresh meat cut up. But she failed to mention this when I called and said I was on my way she asked me if I would like to place an order but I said no I will come in and just place it there but she didn't say anything about waiting half an hour if you order on spot.Every other butcher can cut it up no problem takes 2 minutes and you can even watch them cut it. It was treating me this way on purpose. And it does not take 30 minutes to cut up 4 steaks. Sorry but anybody can go to any location in the city any meat market and have it cut out within 5 minutes even if it is a busy meat market you can have it cut up within 10 minutes.There is a meat market done on Dundas street you will get twice the size of a steak And it caused from Saint marys. Do not appreciate the customer service she was very short with the way she answered and didn't come across as friendly.When a customer asks is for fresh cut meat we're not asking for something that's already bagged and you're display when you have 0 customers in your store it's obviously been sitting and when I would like a fresh cut meat that's why I came to your meat markI will not recommend this store to anyone and I will share my experience with everyone.Thank you I really appreciate your efforts but unfortunately it is not up to any standard I would recommend.

I just want to say how much I love ordering from Pack Road! My coworker told me about them and during the pandemic it's been absolutely incredible to have them deliver right to my door. The quality of meat is amazing and sometimes my order shows up on my door in the same day! I'm so grateful for the service they are providing and I'm even more happy to spend my money with them. Guys, I live close by, so during the last 3 years since I've discovered this place there is no way I could find something more reliable and fresh. I know I have the best quality here and the price is more than fair for what I buy. I want to support our community & our local farmers instead of putting $$$ in some corporation pockets. I am recommending this place to ALL my friends, top quality products and very nice people.Thank you Pack Road, I will always buy from you guys the "New York" steaks, the patties, chicken breasts, fresh eggs... everything is top quality and fresh and your service is OUTSTANDING. Extra charge! On their web page they said they can deliver to apartment and that's what I wanted, so I made an order, then they gave me an email and said they can't deliver the order to apartment, they can only deliver the order to the front of building. They ate their words and messed up a simple trade, I can't trust them, so I called them to cancel the order. I paid $119.75, they only refund me $115.98. They didn't do the delivery and I didn't receive anything, but they still charged me a fee for something. Beware of this extra charge. Very unpleasant experience!!
