I have never been here, but like the north location so thought we would go for dinner. We went in last night at 6pm. The sign said “seat yourself”. We walked in and picked a booth right next to the bar/kitchen. There were only two other booths with people at them, and there was a table of four employees wrapping silverware.
We sat at the table for five minutes watching the two behind the bar chatting and looking around and the four employees tilling it up wrapping silverware.
After five minutes we got up and I loudly asked all the employees if they actually wanted my business or any business and of course they all looked shocked and tried to jump into action. We left. My time is valuable and that is the worst example of wanting business that I have ever seen. There is construction all around the place and I would think they would be all over the business that comes in right now.
Will never go back and likely won’t go back to the north location either. There are so many better options in London.

Great customer service. Always fast and efficient getting bowling shoes and a lane. Kids bowl free is a great way to have some affordable fun in the summer time.

The staff were extremely helpful & Amazing at customer service. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The Magic Mushroom pizza was so great! We will definitely be going back. Wednesday is half price for pizza, so worth the visit. Eat in only. The customer service makes it an awesome experience. Thank you Lira & Cristina! 👌🙂

Ignored by a server for 30 minutes. Made a 4 tier plate tower. Crashed a plate tower (accidentally) and he didn’t even look up from the monitor.

Brought my kids for the kids bowl for free summer offer. Staff were super helpful and great with the kids. Food and drink service was fast. Mo was awesome in the laser tag and arcade areas! Was a great end of summer treat.

Ordered chicken wings and fries. There was enough wings had so much grease you could pour it out of the basket. There was enough grease poured out to cover half a dinner plate. The fries were also greasy and under cooked. My desert after this mess were Tums and other antacids, never again!

The bowling lanes are clean and well maintained. The bumpers adjust automatically. They go down for adults and up for kids, which makes things easier and more fun. The kids had a blast running around and playing. Lots of games and space to keep them entertained. We’ll definitely come back.

Thank you to Tiffany, Maggie and Hailey for making our Annual Team Meeting such a success. We have no complaints form the food that was excellent and favorable, to the meeting location that had just enough space to allow for all our needs. To the activity that was a real Team Builder (Bowling). everyone seemed to enjoy the activity and the bragging rights. The meeting went off with very little hiccups and that was thanks to the wonderful staff. Thank you so much for all the hard work in making the day a success.

Terrible service, I’ve been calling and trying to reach them on the phone for 15 minutes now and not a single answer. Horrible service, how else am I supposed to reach any staff other then driving there myself.
