We had a Company Christmas event here and it was a blast !! They were very smooth on point and looked after us all evening !! Thank you we will come again for sure

My initial review was not positive. Jay the manager reached out to problem solve. After communicating with Jay I know the issue is solved and palasad is a well run organization. I'd highly recommend palasad to anyone. If you do have an issue communicate it. It will be addressed and the problem solved...kudos to palasad ownership. Jay is what a manager should be!

So sad. I don’t know what kind of management is running this place now but it’s not what it used to be. Immediately, my family and I got food poisoning before we even left the restaurant. I had the bacon jalapeño Mac and cheese and even the floor manager said she would never eat the bacon here.
They’re good at holiday parties because more $$$ than the average diner. The best part, the owner blamed me for having a made up condition he decided that he had as the excuse to avoid accountability for undercooked bacon. “Well maybe your family has gastro intestine problems because we cook our bacon”. Why did all 3 of us puke in your bathrooms before we paid the bill? That’s what food poisoning is. It’s the bigger manager who walks around like he actually runs something good.
He gave me 2 bowling vouchers and I threw them out as soon as I left. Save your stomachs here.

We came bowling for my son’s second birthday with a group of 10. Disappointed when our bowling lanes bumpers were broken and there wasn’t any other open lane. :/ had some disappointed kids who constantly got gutter balls :/.

Great atmosphere, fast and friendly service. Went with a large hockey group and everything went very smoothly with bowling and lunch.

It was OK, slow service though but it was really busy. Food was decent.
Had absolutely no service at all, even though, servers constantly said they be right over, but absolutely nothing, we did an hour bowling but left within 40min, as we didn't get any service at all, was horrible

Awful service first they tell me the wait time for bowling was a hour and a half then we i asked it went up to 2 hours 30 min never again will I come to the wonderland location

Had a birthday party here on Nov 8th and it went as smoothly as possible. Payton was our birthday host and was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you to you and Palasad for making my sons birthday so special.

Held my kids 5th birthday party there, Lana was our host and she did a great job , all the kids loved the party even the parents!! Highly recommend!!

Palasad is a very fun place with lots to do for all ages! There is a large arcade, billards, pool, bowling, and a restaurant! They do take walk ins or reservations. I’ve been with both small groups and large groups. For large groups or teams they do a very good job of giving you attentive service, good food options, and are very on time! They also offer secluded rooms which are nice for those large gatherings. Bowling price is 25$/hr including the rental of bowling shoes (October 2025). They have tons of screens and music which could be overwhelming for some, but I enjoyed. Would highly recommend.
