Panago Pizza

The pizza was custom-made and well done as we wanted. It tasted delicious. We ordered a side of garlic cheezy bread. It was good but I personally like more butter and cheese ratio as compared to the bread. I loved the Italian garlic dip. The guy who attended us was considerate. Cheerio!

wings were tastey but so small, i was angry the whole time i was eating them... so i only had 3. seriously placed a wing up against my index finger and it was exactly 2 digits of one finger. this restaurant seriously needs to get a better chicken supplier, seemed like i was eating chicken babies.

Worst service of any panago canada wide!! Missing items , cold pizza slapped together! And to top it off rude delivery driver ! Been buying panago since it was panagopulous in BC for over 20 years . This location makes me never want to buy it again!

Best pizza in the town! I know it’s a bit more expensive but you get what you pay! Fresh high quality ingredients! I love steak mushroom melt pizza!

Went online to order 3 pizzas - as a "guest." Clicked to order it all, then the dips and when the web site asked my location, I put in my city, and when I wanted to finalize my order, it says on the top "We're out of baby spinach." I couldn't specifically recall ordering any "baby spinach" so I went on their online chat and told them that I can't process my order. Panago rep then asks me what I ordered. I tell him/her they should be able to see my order by my address or phone number... but they said they can't. (Side-thought: Online ordering software needs to be improved!) I went to my shopping cart and one-by-one I copied and pasted my entire order in the chat window. he/she now calls my attention that the "vegetarian pizza" on their menu that I ordered actually has the baby spinach that the local store is out of order. Hmmm, I then asked to remove that ingredient and proceed to make my veggie pizza without it. He/she says he/she cannot do that, I will have to do it manually or call the number and order by the phone. Gee, here is the 21st digital century, having to go on the phone, but it's OK, no problem, I no longer trusted their online ordering system, so having no other options, I called their number and spoke to a guy, told him what I want to order but since I spent over 15 minutes TRYING to make my order, I would like some reimbursement for my (wasted) time. He said he can't personally provide me with any discount or reimbursement, but he will let me speak with Customer Care... so he put me on hold. About 3 minutes later he comes back online and tells me Customer Care is not answering so there is nothing he can do other than take my order. I truly wondered about the entire Panago Business' integrity, but as a last option I asked him if I could speak with someone who takes care of his employment. His Supervisor could not help me either with any reimbursement, even though at this point I have already offered free help in informing them what I would do to improve their business (had I been a shareholder or an owner of the Panago Empire...), so I asked to speak to her Manager (gee, how many people does it take to get to a resolution???). In a few minutes I was speaking with a Panago Manager at their Head Office (Whew!). I told her in great length what I would do to improve their online ordering software (in steps -- as I own a software corporation as well), and she proceeded to offer me an approximately 10% credit (we got here in about 20 minutes, whew!).

Terrible service, terrible customer service, refused to even contact me back. Ordered food at 4:30pm, expected delivery for 5:30. Received a text at 5:42 that food was on its way and did not receive it until 6:25pm. We live an 8 minute drive from panago. Food was barely warm and inedible. This is the second terrible experience with this company.

Great pizza place. Very hot, loads of topping options, great service. Chose the Panago classic and cheesy garlic bread. Only real negative for me was the pizza sauce (not very thick or flavourful) and the lack of seating inside. Tried the jalepeno ranch dipping sauce - it was amazing! Overall ambience is poor. Overall food is great!

Very bad servise

Panago is amazing. The service is always quick and the pizza is the best I've had. If you're new, I suggest the Pesto or Fajita — the daily combo is a reasonably priced lunch

Their pizzas and Salads are fantastic. They make food to your specifications. I will be ordering again very soon.
