Couldn’t tell you about the food. Walked in to the counter and the one girl went to the back and the other couldn’t get off the counter(she was sitting on) and off her phone to wait on me. Disgusting !!!

Great experience! Pita toppings were so fresh and it was very clean. The employee, Mamta, was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient, she is an amazing asset to the business!

We used to love Pita pit, but this location is gross, its in dire need of upgrades! the benches look disgusting and the people who work seem like they could care less about what they are doing. There is greasy dust hanging down from everything, near where the fresh toppings are. Probably wont visit this location again unless they do a deep clean and fix whats broken.

The girl working there this is my 3rd time going she messes up ur order. You pay 25 bucks for a bowl doesnt cook your meat right serves it cold. The amount of ingredients she puts in its like she is told to count every piece she puts in i get more from a macdonalds salad at half the price. Over priced and its the same chick always bad service bad amount of food i left the bowl there for you so youd understand its not ok to rip people off

Lindsay and Melissa run a pretty good Pita Pit. Understaffed and in need of interior remodel, but the staff are friendly and the food is good.

went here with my boyfriend to pick something healthy up for dinner tonight and i ordered a Buffalo chicken salad that was made before my boyfriends wrap, as he was adding toppings I decided to have a bite in store and noticed several pieces of chicken that were uncooked, I showed my boyfriend and we decided to show the lady working and she rolled her eyes and asked us what we wanted her to do about it, she explained that all the meat is pre cooked which I understand, however multiple pieces were raw in the middle and cold to the touch and it made me loose my appetite for the entire meal. it would’ve been nice if she was more receptive about it, but she was very short and just seemed to want to avoid our request for a new salad without chicken. This location has always been delicious, so was a bit shock about what happened this evening.

Pita pit has always been good for their food and their environment, my main worry is customer service. The time we showed up was April 7 around 4:30 and we had to wait a long time for service but there were people so it's understandable but after everyone left we waited in the store for a good 5-10 minutes and the worker was on their phone even while we were ordering, never asked about anything being on the grill and seemed a bit slow. The food itself was good, my pita was cracking and not closed properly but that happens from time to time.Whenever there is no one being served she goes straight to the back leaving the front store unattended.

Jan 19/24 My friend and I ordered lunch and as we were walking in we saw the woman working there cough on the grill without covering her mouth and while on her cell phone. Not too friendly. Let's just say my friend woke up sick with a cold today. If you're sick, wear a mask or cover your mouth when you cough while preparing our food!

First time and the last time! Ordered via Uber. Order 4 pitas and none were labeled what kind. Skimpy on meat. They stuff with romaine. lesson leaned, I had high expectations for branded franchise, but let down buy the high price for poor quality. Not getting my business again.

We used this location for the set up/night before our son’s recent wedding. From my first inquiry, when I went into the store to ask about possibilities, they directed me to a Lindsay and gave me her phone number which I texted and told her our thoughts. She said it would be no problem. We ordered two pita trays. She allowed me to follow up to confirm our pick up and ensure their readiness as we were on a tight timeline. The day off, I received a text saying they were ready for pickup, we did and the presentation and packaging were great and looked delicious. Upon feeding the troops, the comments were all positive. We were very thankful for this delicious and easy to grab food option and we are very grateful for Lindsay and her staff’s assistance with making this possible. Thank you so much!!!

Never has anything in stock. I went a few weeks ago and got a chicken pita, the employee put the chicken on the grill for literally 2 seconds so it was ice cold. Huge bummer because I love pita pit and this location is close to my house - better off ubering a different
