First time , I took my sister to this place but came back so disappointed. There were mosquitoes flying on the food, it’s so unhygienic. I asked staff to cover it, but she said that she couldn’t do it. Also, the prices are way too much, which neither do justice to the quality nor the quantity of food. Not coming back to this place for sure!

Went there at 12:15 and the women behind counter was so impatient from the minute I came in and I was the only customer at the counter, she couldn't even wait till I paid before she ran over to start my Pita. It all seemed like I was bothering her and when I asked for a few veggies on the grill she was like what ones do you want and in a nasty tone...then I took a minute deciding on toppings she looked annoyed. Also no air conditioner on extremely hot in there. Whole experience was bad and expensive. I have not been to a Pita Pit in years and I don't think will go again especially this location.

I work in the plaza so have been there quite a few times now, at all different times of the day. Every single time I’ve been there, there’s only been one person working and if there are two people, there’s only one on the floor servicing the actual customers. Today I came in just to get a drink. There was one customer in front of me and I’ve now been standing at the til for 15 minutes. Kind of getting ridiculous because this is probably the fifth time that I’ve been in this exact scenario. Also, staff has never greeted me or smiled at me.
Went in 40 minutes before closing on January 31st worker had all food already put away, she gave me attitude when we walked in wanting a meal.

Couldn’t tell you about the food. Walked in to the counter and the one girl went to the back and the other couldn’t get off the counter(she was sitting on) and off her phone to wait on me. Disgusting !!!

We used to love Pita pit, but this location is gross, its in dire need of upgrades! the benches look disgusting and the people who work seem like they could care less about what they are doing. There is greasy dust hanging down from everything, near where the fresh toppings are. Probably wont visit this location again unless they do a deep clean and fix whats broken.

The girl working there this is my 3rd time going she messes up ur order. You pay 25 bucks for a bowl doesnt cook your meat right serves it cold. The amount of ingredients she puts in its like she is told to count every piece she puts in i get more from a macdonalds salad at half the price. Over priced and its the same chick always bad service bad amount of food i left the bowl there for you so youd understand its not ok to rip people off

Lindsay and Melissa run a pretty good Pita Pit. Understaffed and in need of interior remodel, but the staff are friendly and the food is good.

went here with my boyfriend to pick something healthy up for dinner tonight and i ordered a Buffalo chicken salad that was made before my boyfriends wrap, as he was adding toppings I decided to have a bite in store and noticed several pieces of chicken that were uncooked, I showed my boyfriend and we decided to show the lady working and she rolled her eyes and asked us what we wanted her to do about it, she explained that all the meat is pre cooked which I understand, however multiple pieces were raw in the middle and cold to the touch and it made me loose my appetite for the entire meal. it would’ve been nice if she was more receptive about it, but she was very short and just seemed to want to avoid our request for a new salad without chicken. This location has always been delicious, so was a bit shock about what happened this evening.
