Pita pit has always been good for their food and their environment, my main worry is customer service.The time we showed up was April 7 around 4:30 and we had to wait a long time for service but there were people so it's understandable but after everyone left we waited in the store for a good 5-10 minutes and the worker was on their phone even while we were ordering, never asked about anything being on the grill and seemed a bit slow. The food itself was good, my pita was cracking and not closed properly but that happens from time to time.Whenever there is no one being served she goes straight to the back leaving the front store unattended.

Jan 19/24 My friend and I ordered lunch and as we were walking in we saw the woman working there cough on the grill without covering her mouth and while on her cell phone. Not too friendly. Let's just say my friend woke up sick with a cold today. If you're sick, wear a mask or cover your mouth when you cough while preparing our food!

First time and the last time! Ordered via Uber. Order 4 pitas and none were labeled what kind. Skimpy on meat. They stuff with romaine. lesson leaned, I had high expectations for branded franchise, but let down buy the high price for poor quality. Not getting my business again.

We used this location for the set up/night before our son’s recent wedding. From my first inquiry, when I went into the store to ask about possibilities, they directed me to a Lindsay and gave me her phone number which I texted and told her our thoughts. She said it would be no problem. We ordered two pita trays. She allowed me to follow up to confirm our pick up and ensure their readiness as we were on a tight timeline. The day off, I received a text saying they were ready for pickup, we did and the presentation and packaging were great and looked delicious. Upon feeding the troops, the comments were all positive. We were very thankful for this delicious and easy to grab food option and we are very grateful for Lindsay and her staff’s assistance with making this possible. Thank you so much!!!

I'm not sure her name but the women who made out food were super kind and enthusiastic about her job. She made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and kind. I hope this person gets recognized for her amazing customer service and happy attitude. Overall the place was clean and tidy and I was very happy with my food.

I usually come in and grab a shawarma. Tonight I grabbed a shawarma bowl and $15 for next to no chicken and rice...I would have been better off grabbing the smaller bowl because that's how much food is in my regular bowl

Came in an hour and a half (6:30) before close and was told they were "getting ready to close because tomorrow is a holiday" Also the owner seems to also park right in front of the door in an unassigned spot, making it difficult to park in an already busy parking lot.

Very disappointed in the amount of food given. I convinced my sister to try and she liked the taste of her food. However, she spent 15 dollars and left hungry? The bowl was half full. we questioned the lady, and she said that's how much you get. I don't think she will be back. it's a shame for I like Pita Pit but today was not ok.

This place is brutal and is based only on service not the food..... had an order pre arranged for pick-up at 12:46pm.... it is now 12:50pm... when my wife went to the counter they told her they haven't even started our order. What is the purpose of placing orders for pick-up if it can't even be ready at the time you tell me to come and pick it up?????? Now we have to miss an appointment because I'm not going to leave a 45.00 order behind.The 2 girls working had ZERO sense of urgency at all, lolly gagging and taking there time when you have 9 customers waiting ???This will be the last time I come to this location for Pitas.... very disappointing. BTW this was the Location at Wonderland road S at southdale rd.
