Pizza Hut in London

“Great food and friendly staff, classic pizza hut taste and quality.

Now the location is in dire need of some upgrades, flooring is in pretty rough shape and the bathrooms are pretty rough.

Corporate or franchise owners. If you read this please invest some dollars in updating it.“

“Great service order was accurate, food was fresh and employees very polite and efficient. This pizza hut is Great!! Steven took my order over and the phone and Adam cashed me out. Both employees were pleasant to deal with and the pizza and wings were delicious. I will be ordering from this location again!!“

“So I have some good news and some bad news. First I'd like to say that their whole promotion they're running where you download their app to get a free pizza after spending. $15 is absolutely bogus absolutely fake. I know this cuz both me and my girlfriend tried to do it and it wouldn't happen. It wasn't working. They wanted you to pay full price. Also they don't control what happens on the app. Just what happens in store and they have no way to override it. This being said, that's basically false advertising. I've seen other people encounter this same or similar issue so they're advertising for free pizza, but they're not able to dispense it. So you're basically downloading their app for nothing. It's just to get app downloads. It's honestly disgusting. It's predatory. However, however I did have an also really bad experience at one of the locations which led me to call the manager and let them know of the basically the overall of what had happened. Plus the experience of you know going through the whole download of the app and just to be kind of ripped off in a sense. Not to mention some of the materials they post like the panormous and stuff aren't available at some locations. They will advertise that they have things available but they don't or the employees don't know anything about it. This is extremely difficult, however, aside from all of that, I vented these concerns to the manager. I believe his name is Alan and I also dealt with a guy named Ryan. They were nice enough to give me a $50 gift certificate on the house in order for me to have a better experience which I have. I was able to get three pizzas and some sauce and pop with all of this. And the service moving forward has been pretty good though. The location is small and not available for Eden or anything. Still some of the best pizza out there especially when you do their 50% off weekends because every weekend they have all pizzas for 50% off. I would love to give this place five stars. However, due to the issues and the ongoing and still not being able to get my free pizza for downloading the app, I have to give this four stars. That way there's room for growth and perhaps in the future this can change, but a heads up to everybody. Just know that they don't control anything that happens on the app. You can still order online. You might run into some issues, but if you do, I encourage you to contact the store manager, provide whatever proof is necessary and they should help to make your experience a whole lot better.“

“I was happy with basically everything...everything at the location level. Fries wrapped in tinfoil become mush very quickly, but I am pretty sure that isn't a store level decision. Anyway, this has always been my favorite location and it still is.“

“On a trip to Troy, Michigan, via the Sarnia border, we reached the 401 after coming out of Hamilton and therefore missed the OnRoutes before we exited on to the 402. With limited options and being very hungry, we got off the highway and ended at this restaurant in London, ON. We got a large special along with wings. The pizza 🍕 was ok. There was very little pepperoni on it and more of veggies. The service was friendly, but we didn't care much for the pizza. The wings were fine.

“The pizza I've had from here (3 times so far) has been excellent each time. I love how thin their dough is (never been a fan of thick pizzas) and the quality and taste of ingredients was really good. Their stuffed crust pizza is always a must, and this location prepares it well. The lady at the counter was really polite and nice, I have no complaints.“

“Customer service 0, employees walking by in the back no one acknowledging customer. In front of me they made 2 orders wrong and to one person they were about hand someone else’s order. I don’t blame the people working there, it’s the owners who don’t train on customer service. But yes they are on the front line so they get take our crap. And owners don’t care.“

“I always enjoy my orders from pizza hut. Tonight, my estimated arrival was an hour and a half from order. Seemed really long but oh well, I figured they were busy! After some time, I actually got a call from the restaurant apologizing for the long wait. Turns out they were quite busier than normal. I really appreciated the phone call. It seems like a small gesture put it spoke volumes about their customer service. Food arrived shorty thereafter. It was tasty and still hot. Thank you for making my evening!“
