Paid $30 for a large pizza, including $2.25 to replace beef with pineapple. When I get the pizza home there are 5 little chunks of pineapple, less than half the slices have ANY pineapple. Would not go back - they are saving money in the wrong places!
Been using this Pizza Hut for 7-8 years. Service has been excellent. The one time they made a mistake the manager said they’d give us a free pizza next time I ordered. They did! Consistently good pizza from this Hut. Many times I have ordered on the app and then my wife will tell me call them back and change the order. They never give me grief. Cannot for the life of me figure out what the low rating is for. People are trolls.
