Our pizza this week may have been the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The crust was dry and hard, cheese was dense, pepperoni burnt, and overall nearly inedible. I ended up throwing half the pepperoni pizza in the garbage - it was that bad.
I will never order from this Wonderland location again.

Pizza was horrible and burnt. I called the after I brought the pizza home to tell them how bad the pizza was, pepperoni burnt to a crisp, pizza rock hard and the pizza was black. They replaced it with two more Wednesday specials but they were just as bad. Burnt to a crisp. They must have their ovens turned up way too high. Was nice they replaced them but garbage pizza. Burnt to a crisp. All the staff doesn’t smile .

They didn't give me what I ordered and didn't pay attention to what I wanted. The staff are very bad, it's very expensive and a very irresponsible place; the employees there are very rude and don't understand anything.

Our pizzas did not look fresh upon bringing them home (we only live a short drive away). Definitely overcooked, lacked toppings and was extremely dry. It seemed like it was hours, if not days, old. How is that even possible?
After eating it I experienced some of the worst stomach pain I've ever had (and I've been in labour before.)

Worst Pizza Hut in all of Ontario. This place needs to get shut down ASAP. Ordered wings, they sauced up like 3 wings and the sauce was mixed with water - in my opinion. I don’t understand how this place is still open from seeing all those reviews. I should have known better.

Was craving for Pizza Hut. Have not had it in years. OMG never again. Delivered cold and dry. It looked like someone else rejected it and was delivered to my house. I am done and never coming back to Pizza Hut.
The worst Pizza Hut ever . The staff doesn't even understand English. It seems like they took out employees from Tim Hortons, and Hired them here. Absolute garbage. Pizza Hut Canada. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This location needs to be shut down immediately!!

Unfortunately I had to revise my review 🤦 took over an hour to get 1 personal pizza & some wings delivered.. the guy at the hut was clearly annoyed that I called 2 or 3 times .. (called mostly due to the website telling me my order had been delivered and it definitely hadn't been, and also him telling me the delivery was due within 5-8 minutes ... which wasn't the case either) anyways... finally received an ice cold pizza 🥶🙂↔️

Worst pizza... wasn't cooked mozzarella sticks literally had no cheese in them... the chicken bits weren't cooked... on tio of this tip this location almost feel like you have when you pay.. and the food was shit... what happen to good restaurants... such a waste of money never go back again

DO NOT BUY HERE WE Bought a large and medium pizza. They didn’t put enough of the toppings to even cover each slice of pizza. For $2.75 or more per topping I would expect at least three pieces of that topping on each slice……that’s not what I got!! The toppings don’t even come close to the pizza edge either.
The so-called crust is terrible, it’s chewy and difficult to take a bite (you need some pretty sharp teeth). I’ve had frozen grocery store pizza that tasted better. Pizza Hut seems to be using pre-made frozen crust. It’s not fresh and fluffy and delicious like it used to be years ago. We ordered regular crust and this is what we got (thin and chewy). Wondering what their actual thin crust would look like? See my pictures regarding these concerns. What a waste of my money!!! Everyone hated the pizzas we ordered and we will NEVER be ordering from Pizza Hut again! We couldn’t eat more than one slice…barely got that down without pleasure!! So so so so disappointed and disgusted with their business practices.
