Horrible pizza that looked burnt, waste of a large pizza. Was never like this till recently, looks like new owners when I walked in. 0 stars If I could. Could t even manage to eat the pizza, like cardboard
They did made good pizza and didn't put the base sauce properly. Pizza was so dry.

Where's the cheese? Where's the pepperoni? $24.99 for a pepperoni lovers... This place has gone downhill.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences. I used to love your pizza, especially the iconic crust but lately it’s not the same. The pizza tastes like premade dough not fresh. The crust is left too thick and undressed. It really feels like the quality has dropped and I’m no longer getting the same delicious experience I once did. Also the large pizza I ordered was smaller than expected. It didn’t even fit the box properly leaving about an inch of space on each side. I felt more like a medium than a large. It was pretty disappointing.

Ordered from this location over two hours ago. The pizza finally arrived, but it was cold. Throughout the entire time, I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone at the store — they wouldn't answer the phone. I had reported the issue to corporate while I was still waiting, but so far no real resolution.
It's frustrating that the app automatically selects which location to order from. I've had great delivery experiences from other locations that were timely and the food was good, but this experience was very disappointing. I basically paid for cold pizza and terrible service.

After the byron store got the address wrong and I waited over 2 hours for a pizza and pop this store wouldn't compensate me at all ....terrible experience....never going to order from them again
I never leave bad reviews but over $100 order, nothing was right and customer service was horrible. Save your money, go to Dominos.

Paid $115 + tax for good pizza and the worst sauced wings I've ever seen, plus I asked for root beer and they gave me mountain dew. Then when I called them they mentioned I should have called to see if they had root beer in stock. Really disappointed in how far this place has fallen. These pictures are supposed to be honey garlic and medium buffalo, yet almost all of them are dry.

The pizza I've had from here (3 times so far) has been excellent each time. I love how thin their dough is (never been a fan of thick pizzas) and the quality and taste of ingredients was really good. Their stuffed crust pizza is always a must, and this location prepares it well. The lady at the counter was really polite and nice, I have no complaints.

The pizza here is 90% bread and 10% toppings. They don't even put enough cheese when you pay for extra cheese. On top of all that the pizza is really expensive even when there is a promotion. Other Pizza Hut locations do a better job of making better pizza.

Super slow delivery. Order took 1.5 hours to arrive and I live 5 minutes down the road.
