I want to share a very kind experience in had. During the middle of a storm, I was waiting inside for my lyft, my previous lyft driver had made me walk to a different pick up area and I fell. My previous lyft driver then left. While i was waiting for a new lyft to pick me up the employee inside was very kind and checked in on me and I'm very grateful and touched because I was incredibly distraught.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut with high hopes for a delicious meal, but sadly, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery took about 90 minutes, which was significantly longer than expected. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with a lack of empathy from the staff.
They explained that they were too busy, and there was nothing they could do about the situation. While I understand that busy times can lead to delays, a little more understanding and effort to remedy the situation would have gone a long way in improving the experience. Overall, the lack of concern was disappointing and something Pizza Hut should address to better meet customer expectations. Order was placed October 4th , 2024at 4:45

No wonder Pizza Hut is going downhill, the place on Wonderland S is disgustingly dirty. I spoke to the lady at the counter, she didn’t seem to care. Was going to eat in but took it home because the place was depressing and filthy. I ordered the pizza of the day with extra cheese, but when I got home found areas with no cheese, couldn’t see the crust through the topping, never again! They got me once, enjoy the undeserved tip, because I’ll never never go back. If you want good pizza go to a mom and pop Italian place, unfortunately London is very short in that regard!

They had an online promotion and their website crashed so I called over the phone. She asked me if medium or large (as per their promotion) and then told me they were out of large when I asked for it. Poor customer service over the phone and didn’t offer any alternative then she hung up on me.
We ordered wings, order was supposed to be 14, we received 11 and 5 of them were absolutely miniature! We called and they did not want to compensate at all for the short order, frustrating to pay for product not received and customer service that is useless

I am so disappointed that this location no longer offers the Beyond Meat crumble. We will no longer be ordering here unless it comes back. Pizza Hut lists it as a permanent ingredient.

First time ordering from this location and it will be my last. The reason I am even giving a 2 star rating is because I received a product in the service I paid for, pizza to my door. Ordered a triple crown and a chicken fajita, the special of the day, in the new handcrafted crust. Just terrible. So disappointing. The pizza crust was chewy, undoubtedly underbaked, would even say more close to raw. I settled for a bowl of instant oatmeal over eating any more of the pizza. Complete waste of money.
