Pizza Hut used to make a decent pizza. I order a Canadian pizza and now no hamburger. Really. Cheapskates. A fail.

Food great as always but so annoyed that delivery driver had the balls to try to put a 25% tip in for himself and didn’t think I would notice. If it’s automatic say it on the website so I don’t have to do the math (I always tip)

Ordered the same pizza I usually do and it arrived tasting terrible. The crust was thin and soft and the cheese tasted sour. I called in asking what happened as I had ordered great pizza a few weeks ago. I expected the crispy bottomed thick crust. Was told that Canada-wide they had changed the dough recently and no longer offered pan pizza. Sure enough I double checked on the app it wasn't available. I had assumed the option it defaulted to was the signature option. However, I switched stores in the app and the option suddenly came up to order the pan pizza. It is clearly still available at other stores. Why did the staff member lie to me? Why do they not offer the signature pan pizza anymore at that location? Are they trying to secretly cut costs with lower quality ingredients? No explanation was given. Had to throw the pizza out it was so bad.STAY AWAY!!!

Refused to take an order on the phone for an online deal. Was told to go online and enter. I called another pizza hut and they entered order right away. You can, in fact, order the 38.99 box deal on the phone. Terrible service from this store.
The place was SUPER HOT, I understand its a pizza restaurant, but we couldnt even sit inside to eat. Not sure if air was broken or if they just dont turn it on .Staff was friendly, but service was a tad bit slow.Pizza was good

For one, someone who understands what you’re saying on the phone would be great! I specifically asked if the large Ceaser salad feeds 1 or 2 people and she responded “yah”.I also asked for extra sauce on my Alfredo chicken pasta…not only did it not have extra sauce, it was more dry than their standard one.This is the second time this happens…I give up. I’ll just pay the extra and get my pasta from Boston pizza.

Need big time customer service training, number of times i have dealt with them is they are always late on delivering pizza. Half of the time they are just offering discounts to compensate but not working on how they can improve.The front guy is just always on call while working. Hardly even attending the customer for 10 mins waiting at front even if the order was already ready.PRIORITIZE YOUR TASKS MAN!!

I been there couple of days ago to I guess it was Victoria Day long weekend.The location was simply packed but I meet the guy named Aman took my order was awesome! He was very humble,polite at a same time amazingly professional. I came across a lot of pizza stores in London, Toronto but Aman is the best guy I ever had. Since then Wonderland location is my go to location. Aman deserves a raise. Kudos to him !!!!!!!!
