Slice of Pizza was not warm and definitely not fresh. I had a hard time eating it it was gross. there were no napkins anywhere in sight, staff was hiding in the back so I couldn’t ask anyone.

First I would like to start with that I normally don’t leave reviews but this place really deserved one. I walked into the pizza pizza and the store was soo clean and smelled soo fresh. When dealing with the cashier I felt like ordering pizza was soo easy and the employee was soo polite it felt like my pizza was being made at home. My order did not take a long time and was ready within a few minutes, i enjoyed the pizza with my family and everyone loved how tasty it was. I then asked for the manager who came out right away and asked if anything was wrong, I just wanted to let him know this was by far my best experience at a pizza store. I would really recommend this place over any other pizza store.
Worst service they burned two pizzas last week. This week went to pickup a pizza and they said they did not have the order. I called when I got home they told me the order was waiting for me. I asked them to deliver it since I had already gone to pizza pizza to pick it up. The customer service rep said no that I could come pick it up if I wanted it. Horrible customer service. Don’t order from them.
