I placed an order at 6 pm and received my pizza at 6:55pm. I did not receive any apology or explanation for the delay (I had been told it would be ready in 20 minutes). In addition to the delay, my pizza was simple, just cheese and bacon. It didn't even seem to have bacon. Terrible experience.
