They never serve warm chicken I am just talking about this particular store apart from this all popeys are good and in this store if you complain about it they won’t accept they will just put it in oven and give it back to you never go in this store

I am very disappointed with Popeyes! I am a regular customer and this is my first experience from this location. There is a man who works at night and he is a very rude person and I did not like his service. Please take care of his rudeness every time I go to Popeyes the treatment is very friendly and I never complained about that but yesterday when I made my purchase I faced very bad treatment from this worker... I hope this helps Popeyes to help other customers (the crispy chicken is delicious)

I recently just wrote a review on the high praise of Grace in her excellent service and mannerisms. With this praise I was a repeat customer until this evening. I spent almost 100 dollars on my order through uber eats. Due to weather I and drivers continuously conceal I personally called the store and spoke to Bernadette and asked her to please make sure my food was fresh. Upon receiving my order I received four onion rings. 4!!! All food was cold. Especially fries. I do not fault the driver as he came quickly in his delivery. 3-4 piece meals one had 2 legs and two thighs. Where is the mix. I paid extra for breast and got ribs. Cold pop was thrown in with the food. I called specifically and asked for fresh as my order was placed 1 1/2 hrs before. So bloody disappointing.

Ordered 18 wings thinking the taste would be the same as the Toronto branches but it was just disappointing. And please someone teach them what tossed wings actually are.. just putting gravy on top thinking it would toss itself is not okay. So bland and tasteless. I expected better. The staff is helpful and friendly tho.
