Customer service is terrible. This one male crewworker looks like he doesn’t even wanna be there and it’s more apparent by the way he speaks to the customers. He seemed very happy to help a man I’m assuming he knew, but once it was my turn to order he not only walked away from me mid sentence but then once he came back around seemed annoyed when he saw the line of only 3 people.. I understand late shifts can be annoying but the way he can’t even seem bothered to give decent customer service is upsetting. took over 40mins waiting for my 4-piece order and I’m not one to usually give reviews, but this situation srsly PMO’d.

I had a disappointing experience at this Popeyes Oxford St East and Highburry location. The service was not good, and the staff were not accommodating at all. There was little to no customer service, which made the visit frustrating.
I also noticed that my order was not packed properly. The 8-piece chicken and biscuits were placed together in one container. I’m not sure if this is a new policy, but it’s not a good practice. The box was overflowing and difficult to close, which affected both presentation and convenience.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I hope management can improve both customer service and food handling.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars.
Every time you order from here, it feels like a gamble. Getting fresh fries is like a 1 out of 100 chance. Most of the time they’re old, soggy, and taste like they’ve been sitting there forever.
Today was even worse. I ordered a burger and they literally gave me just a piece of chicken and a bun. No sauce, nothing. Completely dry and honestly shocking. Like how does that even happen?
It genuinely feels like you have to pray before ordering here just to get decent food. Total waste of money and really disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Popeyes today.
I ordered a 3-piece chicken combo and specifically requested one piece to be a chicken breast. I paid $17.84. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect and there was no chicken breast included.
I called the store, and they told me I could come back to pick one up. I even asked if I needed to bring the original order back, and they said no. So I made the trip back to the store, which already cost me extra time and inconvenience due to their mistake.
Although they apologized, the replacement they gave me was unacceptable. The chicken breast was extremely dry, hard, and clearly not fresh — it was completely inedible.
This situation was handled very poorly from start to finish. Not only was my order wrong, but the “solution” wasted even more of my time and still did not fix the problem.
