I went here with my boyfriend on Friday Sept 13 2024 and it was great. The staff were super nice and we got our drinks relatively quickly. I got a Honey Lemon Ginger tea and He got a Oolong Dragon Milk tea. I'd honestly recommend both of them. Mine came with a little heart lid plug so it wouldn't spill and it was adorable!
Delicious bubble tea, however you have to order at a self-serve kiosk which is fine until you have groups of people who are indecisive, because there are a TON of menu options but only 2 kiosks.
And then the SELF SERVE kiosks ask for a tip. The audacity is honestly ridiculous.
But the tea is great and they have plenty of options.
Expect to wait a bit if you go.

I had a great experience with the service and quality here. Kristine, who helped me, was super humble and had a friendly smile the whole time. Her positive vibes really draw in more customers. The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were awesome. I definitely recommend this place
