just wanted to redeem a free small blizzard with points but it turns out they don’t have a scanner for them, but they can import codes. I work at a Dairy Queen on dundas and I know we can search up customers on the till to use deals and points etc (ON THE TILL NO SCANNER NEEDED) which i asked if they had, I got told no by the lady I was talking too until the other one chirped in and said in a rude tone in my opinion “we don’t do points”

Maria was great and did not have any issues with the line up, she handled every transaction with precision,care and a welcoming smile!.
Theres a few other new things to try! Cant wait for my next visit and next taste of something new!
