Brutal experience. I waited over 1.5 hours for delivery, and when I finally called, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. No proactive update, no apology, no effort to make it right.
If you’re hungry and want to eat, this is the wrong place to order from. This review is specifically for the Financial Drive location, and the order was placed directly through their own app.

I always buy pizza in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! The crust is perfectly balanced—crispy yet soft at the same time. The toppings are fresh and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be coming back!

Small location (cute and clean) with friendly staff. I went in to try their pizza during their $2 deal today. They were prepped ahead for their deal day, and I had to only wait a moment for them to retrieve them.
I cycled to the Wonderland location. Thank you so much for having bike racks at this plaza! Because I biked, I did reheat my slices in my airfryer, and they were perfect.
Pepperoni was crispy around the edges (love that!), and there was enough cheese, certainly more than Domino's. The crust was crispy and delicious with toasted sesame seeds.
Thanks for the opportunity to try your pizza for such a great price. I will certainly be ordering from this establishment in the future. I look forward to trying more combinations.

Ordered for the first time from the North Bay location. A couple of pizzas, breadsticks with cheese, and nachos. We were blown away on how everything was so good. Everything had a great taste and was really fresh and hot. Definitely our new favourite pizza place in town. 10/10

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The service was excellent – the staff (Meet & jaiveer)was friendly and attentive. I also appreciated that they offer Jain options, which can be hard to find at most pizza places. The pizza was fresh and delicious, and the variety of options made it easy to customize to our preferences. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and tasty pizza with dietary accommodations!

The owner himself is arrogant does not how to talk to people and build costumer relations the worst ever store I've ever visited. Red swan pizza should be considerate about who to give their franchise. These people have no sense of keeping up with the brand reputation. Wouldn't suggest anybody to visit here
