I also appreciated that they offer Jain options, which can be hard to find at most pizza places. The owner himself is arrogant does not how to talk to people and build costumer relations the worst ever store I've ever visited. Red swan pizza should be considerate about who to give their franchise. These people have no sense of keeping up with the brand reputation. Wouldn't suggest anybody to visit here

Glad to see Red Swan in SW London! Excellent pizza, super generous with toppings and the sesame seeds on the crust is something I never knew I needed. Lots of interesting options for toppings too, so get creative or choose any of the menu recipes.

Ordered off uber eats. Driver waited 25 minutes extra for the pizza. While the driver was there I told him to make sure they include the dip, they told him they did but they didn't. Wings were below average.

I love the pizza itself but customer service really needs some work.
They added dairy free cheese to my pizza by accident and offered me a free pizza. But they didn't make a record so the manager called all 10 of his employees to confirm that I wasn't lying and then he asked me why I don't have some sort of confirmation. That's not my job. It's your job to keep track of that.
On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes for our pizza and it wasn't even fully done.
So frustrated by this experience. Such a waste of time convincing you that you owe me a free pizza because of a mistake you made. Keep a record of it and do your job.
I understand you were busy today but the way you handled this sucked and really stressed me out. I appreciate the apology but the experience with customer service was so bad. It's not even about the free pizza anymore. It's about appreciating customers that come back to you and you do not.
