Excellent food and even better service! Raj and Parul were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The poutine was fresh, delicious, and served perfectly. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered the other night from uber.. Driest and saltiest poutine I have ever eaten in my life.. I ordered the classic with just fries, cheese and gravy and I alone could barely eat half of it because I might as well just ordered the box of salt... As for the portions the amount of cheese and fries were ok but it was like a shortage or like an olivor twist story of how little gravy was even put on the poutine.. Over all I am a fan and have been a fan of smokes poutine for years but since moving to London it is not the same anymore and half the time you can barely finish any of it..

Was super crowded, the food is amazing, the bathroom is way too small, bruised myself when I had to use it. Worth the food tho

Honestly came here slightly drunk and on the verge of tears with my buddy. Upon hearing my recent troubles, the employee, Raj, had truly taken great care to ensure my night ended on the best note it could have. Truly, this is a fantastic piece of Canada that I'd come back to in a heartbeat since the food is addictive

I ordered a traditional poutine for myself and a small fry for my toddler. The fries were old and cheese curds didn't melt at all on poutine. Worst of all the plain fries I got for my toddler were mostly potato skins old and practically inedible. Will not be eating here again

Would be a zero if possible, paid and waited for my food, while waiting got harassed by a large group of people also waiting, asked the staff for either my food immediately or a refund so I could leave for my own safety, neither option was approved, don't ever go here if you're alone, food used to be good but now I don't know cause I couldn't wait to get what I paid for. Left with no food, no money back, and not feeling safe to return. I definitely might have triggered the other patrons threats by my own impatience to be honest, gotta be fair that I probably wasn't completely innocent in this but I was alone and just wanted the food I paid for while the group was eight people plus, so super not cool with this experience.

Ordered through Uber Eats and wow… what a disappointment. The fries were dry as hell, like they’ve been sitting out all day. No flavor, no freshness, just straight cardboard vibes. Definitely not worth the money. Do better.

Had an amazing experience at Smoke's Poutinerie London! The poutine was absolutely loaded with flavor—perfectly crispy fries, rich gravy, and fresh cheese curds that hit just right. The variety on the menu is insane, there’s literally something for every craving.
Portion sizes are huge, definitely worth the money, and the staff were quick and friendly even during busy hours. It’s the perfect late-night spot when you’re craving something satisfying and indulgent.
If you love poutine, this place is a must-try. Will definitely be coming back!
