The slowest Starbucks in London. Make sure to mobile order and wait at least 45MINUTES before going to pick up. Even for the simplest of orders the wait is ridiculous.

ineffective operational organization, took 30min for an order of 4 coffees. Only 2 of 4 employees making drinks. Confusing.

There was a 12 min wait on the drive through and my husband requested (for me) a double shot of espresso with foam and a pump of sf syrup. The attendant asked if he wanted a Macchiato dry. Not being a coffee person he said he didn't understand that. The attendant was super sweet and took the time to explain what it meant and how to say it for others to understand, so he could order the perfect cuppa for me anytime. That was a super sweet experience and made the wait worth it. Thoughtful service levels like these are small pleasures that leave an impact and build up over time. Love to those who give a 100% to their job.

I went inside today with my little sister and the person working the till, her name is Christine, was absolutely miserable. I walked up and she just stared me down. I said hi to her to which she didn’t even say hi back she just stared at me. I decided to stare back and wait for her to ask me what I wanted but no she just continued to stare at me. I ended up just placing my order. Then when I got my drinks I said thanks to the lady who handed it to me and she just turned around. Starbucks is known for their customer service so it was really upsetting experiencing this.

This place takes over 25 minutes to make your order. It’s crazy. This is the second time I’ve been to this location. People are walking out on their orders because it’s taking so long!

i waited 30 minutes for my latte… which is insane! i had also purchased a sandwich that was ready within 2 minutes, however this meant it was completely cold by the time i got my drink. when i asked the staff to reheat my sandwich for me they simply gave me a new one, which i appreciate, but i hate that i wasted food! i was people watching while i waited and noticed one of the workers running around looking very busy, but at a closer glance he really was just touching things and moving on? if that makes sense? i hate leaving bad reviews but this experience was honestly so terrible i had to :( i think they were doing the best with the staff they had but were completely prioritizing the drive thru as people piled up waiting on the inside. this is most definitely an administrative issue and not at all a reflection of the kind people who work FOH.

Had a terrible experience this morning. My 15 year old daughter went in before school while I waited in the car, the staff took her order and she waited over 20min for a pumpkin chai. After waiting and asking if it was going to take longer one of baristas said “you’re not our priority right now” ( who turned out to be the floor supervisor) and offered her a refund instead of making the drink. My innocent and young daughter accepted the refund and sadly returned to the car after 25min with no drink. I went back through the drive through and spoke with a supervisor sharing my disappointment and had to re order the drink for her. Very disappointed how badly my daughter was treated for being a minor and a student. No one deserves this. Watch out!! Choose tims or another Starbucks.

After I placed my online order it said 25min before it was ready. No way to cancel.
Waited 35min and only after I asked the cashier if I could cancel my order. One of our drinks was clearly not made correctly as it was awful. Coincidentally that drink came after I asked if I could cancel. Either they rushed it or made it wrong intentionally.
Can’t return to this location.

Service so bad, made Tims look better. Starbucks App said order's ready, but had to wait 20 mins because the staff had no clue. Never ever going back to this location. NOT recommended
