My sister-in-law's favourite place for a drink. She loves stabucks so much. Caramel Ribbon Crunch and Regular Caramel Flap are her favourites which she orders very often and they really taste so nice.
Their service is also top. Friendly and professional.
Would always recommend them.

Waited an hour through uber eats and they made my drink wrong and they get upset with how you speak to them. You guys are a complete joke

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I ordered a drink and was served the hot version. When I questioned it, I was told that I “didn’t ask for ice,” which was said in a very rude and dismissive tone. There was no attempt to clarify my order or offer a solution — just an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable.

Mistakes happen, and that’s not the issue. It was the lack of basic customer service and courtesy that stood out. A simple clarification or polite response would have gone a long way. I hope this is addressed, as it really affected what should have been a quick, pleasant visit.

Slowest Starbucks we’ve been to. Plan for 30 mins to get your drinks. Very slow

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 drunks. Ordered at 1:02 (shows on the sticker) and left at 1:28. The were more focused on mobile orders than people waiting. 30 Mines for a hot chocolate and latte is insane. Was about to go back and ask for my money back when our drunks were finally ready.

Helping mobile and Uber eats orders while making customers in house are waiting 30+ min is a wild business model.

It becomes comical after minute 20. The lack of respect for the customers who visit the establishment is very clear. This is the second time it's happened to me at this location. The first time I assumed it was a one off. Fool me twice shame on me I guess.

This is the slowest Starbucks I ever have had the misfortune of visiting. Every time we’re heading out of London I think, “it won’t be that bad”, combined with forgetting how slow they actually are, and then we come and literally every time my partner and I have to have the discussion of whether we should bail at the 20 minute mark of waiting. Like seriously we have never waited less than 20 minutes at this location. How can a location be this bad for so many years.

The last 4 times, I've gone through this drive thru they've made my order incorrect! My most recent and last trip ever there debit machine didn't work correctly so I insistrd i pay cash then when I got home I noticed the debit transaction did go through my account. I paid twice for my drink costing over $25. NEVER, going to this Starbucks location again...

I have celiac disease, and I ordered a salted caramel cold brew for pickup. I had a severe reaction to gluten shortly after drinking it, which is something that has never happened to me at other locations. The reaction was so severe I had to miss work and classes, resulting in lost income that I depend on to cover my basic expenses as a student. It's obvious there was not even an attempt to clean equipment between uses, and this is unacceptable given how much Starbucks advertises its ability to accommodate customers with lactose intolerance and dairy allergies. Do not go here if you have celiac disease, allergies or intolerances.

Ordered a few things for breakfast on the way to work. Added a grilled cheese sandwich to the order, at least I said it. I guess the microphone didn't pick it up on the other end and they didn't hear me. But the barista that took my order decided to argue with me that I never said grilled cheese sandwich even though I can confirm that I did and so can the other two people that were in my car. So instead of just adding it to the order he or she, it was hard to tell, decided to argue about whether or not I said it instead. Grow up.

every time i come it takes at least 20 min for one simple coffee and they do not have enough staff ever - please meet your demand and have more baristas. i do not want to continuing paying if its going to take forever. one time i was in the drive through for exactly 26 minutes. horrible management

This is a quick stop starbucks all the drinks and foods you expect service is good. Its a fast stop place. Good for on the go.
