This location is great. The staff are the sweetest beans. They did inform me that Starbucks is getting rid of lactose free milk but I'm hoping this is a location based issue.

Such an awful experience. My name starts with S. I repeated it twice, and then they typed a “C” instead. I don't know why. If you can, just ask me how to spell it!! And the drink tasted like plastic. I wanted less ice, but they gave me a full ice drink. Is it an April Fool’s joke??? First time here, and never again.

poor customer service, staff are rude and always preoccupied with their personal conversations. They don't ever have dark roast, and will not brew it if you order online ahead. Even if you order 15 minutes ahead, you will arrive to no coffee, and instead the staff will ask if you want to wait another 5 minutes (despite giving them plenty of time) or replace it with Pike place. With the new set up where you now pour your own sugar and milk, the company still seems to think we should tip.

This place is the worst Starbucks in the city. Long wait times for terrible drinks. Isn’t it a franchise? Why do the drinks I order from other locations taste SO much better? Their espresso that they use for the lattes tastes like weak tea on a good day. I ordered a Mocha via the app this morning and it literally tastes like the bad breath of someone who may or may not have had a coffee earlier. Totally inedible!

Slowest Starbucks ever. I order from the app and when I get there they haven’t even looked at the printer to start. Easily waste 15 minutes waiting after arriving.
