absolutely abysmal service me and my fiancèe went to get two drinks prior to attending the lighting of the lights on December 05th 2025 we walked in at 6pm placed our order and didnt receive our order of 2 drinks (a large coffee and and hot chocolate) until 6:50 pm missing the lighting of the lights
staff would rather stand around and gossip than actually do their jobs and those that were serving orders proceeded to serve at least 40 people that ordered after we did
if I could rate 0 stars I would DO NOT ATTEND THIS LOCATION

Its one of the best cafe around! I love to hangout especially during winter when its snowing and you can just seat relax and enjoy snowfall while having your favourite Matche latte! ☕️

Planned on having a nice pastry and coffee however I need to use the facilities first and was informed that they are for staff only! Starbucks had a policy I thought that each store had clean and available facilities at all times. I guess not. Needless to say I walked out without any purchase.

The drinks are okay but the food takes forever. I almost finish my coffee waiting. I got a ham and swiss croissant, waited 10 minutes, got the wrong bread on it and had to wait 5 minutes for them to realize they did not remake it yet. So had to wait another 5 minutes. Just wish the food was more organized instead of 1 person handling all the food orders. They look pretty overwhelmed.
