I visit this Starbucks regularly to pick up food orders, and the staff clearly don’t care about drivers waiting. Even when they’re not busy with customers, they completely ignore us standing there for pickup. No acknowledgment, no help, just attitude or silence. It doesn’t take much to check an order or at least say, “We’ll be right with you.” Really disappointing, especially from a brand like Starbucks. They need to treat delivery drivers with the same respect as customers — we’re part of the service too. Staff need serious training on how to treat drivers.

Just before we got on highway stopped for a coffee and cold beverage. Well, the coffee is not even hot, not warm either therefore I telephoned this store and spoke with a male employee. I told him the situation and since we are just getting on the highway we cannot return. He thanked me and just as I was going to ask him to credit our account the weasel hung up on me.

This Starbucks continues to amaze me with the lack of professionalism and attitude. The service is consistently slow (this isn’t new it has been for years). Mobile orders are rarely checked and take far longer than going in. You can stand at the counter for awhile as many pass by you without making eye contact. Most recently j the drive thru I let them know I had a mobile order. Of which I did correctly tag as a drive thru order. When I got to the speaker there were 2 cars up by the window. No one inside. I was greeted and when I let them know I had a mobile I got told oh we are still working on that and I guess it will be ready when you pull around. It was a coffee a BLACK coffee. I hate going to this location. But sometimes convenience wins. Guess I just need to brace myself when I do succumb to going here.

I just went through the drive thru on Monday Aug 18th at 4 ish pm The staff was top tier. They were beyond kind an helpful and I will return to this specific Starbucks only every time I’m in town.

Got a delivery it was almost $16 for 1 drink it came 1/2 empty & the bag the was soaked with the drink.why would you put 1 drink in a big bag??
One of the few remaining Starbucks locations that didn't sell the tables and chairs to prevent people from socializing in London. Fantastic staff that greet and remember who you are before you respond. The drink mixes are consistent and thus keep me returning. This is one of my top favorite Starbucks locations out of 30+ that I frequent.
