Got a delivery it was almost $16 for 1 drink it came 1/2 empty & the bag the was soaked with the drink.why would you put 1 drink in a big bag??

One of the few remaining Starbucks locations that didn't sell the tables and chairs to prevent people from socializing in London. Fantastic staff that greet and remember who you are before you respond. The drink mixes are consistent and thus keep me returning. This is one of my top favorite Starbucks locations out of 30+ that I frequent.

The workers at this location are ALWAYS so kind. Everytime I come here I get compliments and get met with kindness at the window. Today I went to pick up my mobile order and my drink was melted a bit- the employee offered to remake it for me without me having to say anything. I was having a bad day and her kindness made my day :) (didn’t catch her name but she remade my caramel ribbon crunch frappe at the drivethrough<3)
Just got two venti white chocolate mochas. Both of them are wrong. No white mocha sauce at all. No espresso taste either. And one of them had extra espresso shot, eventhough the extra espresso shot, the taste is bland. We are just drinking hot milk for $14.30+tax. We are driving out of town and wont be able to go back and ask for refund! Worst starbucks experience ever!
