Even though they have good food & atmosphere, they lack their service because they don't provide card service. I couldn't use my downtown points card in order to purchase food.
They wanted to charge me 99 cents for any sauce on the side I ask for !!! Ridiculous !!!I'd never been charged extra for having the sauce on the side in any other SUBWAY branches !!I'm never coming back here for sure!!

This place inspires me to make my own lunch as every time I order the 2 regular girls make fun of me. I even tried to joke with them and ask if it's my tuna sub I order every day or do I have something hanging out of my nose? Food is delicious but I don't appreciate being laughed at every time I order and they've messed up my order twice.

This review goes out to my Sandwich artist today, Matt. Matt knows how to make a sub. Perfect hinge cut. Pro at putting toppings on and he even kept everything out of the hinge so it would close. Not too many veggies. Not too little. And sauce wasn't oozing out when I ate it. Matt, I'm only ordering when you're on shift. Keep up the good work man.

I love subway. I always get the oven roast chicken as it is pure chicken and not processed.Great choice of toppings and nice variety of breads. Yummy cookies for dessert. The service of staff depends on who is there when we go in. Some are better than others. Sometimes it is just a language barrier.
Gave my daughter food poisoning.. wouldn't recommend.

I went there yesterday for lunch as I work in the mall. At one point there were 5 different people at the counter waiting for subs because they kept taking orders while still trying to finish the person at the front of the lane. Not a good idea during a pandemic. Hope other places in the food court open up because the level of anxiety I felt being a foot away from 4 different people at the same time during a pandemic is not great. If you're going to wear masks and have the floor markers, then clearly your goal is to follow the precautions...??? So why aren't you? Will not be returning.
