Subway offers good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but some customers have noted that the service could be improved with the addition of card payment options. The menu could also be enhanced with the return of Swiss cheese and natural soft drink options. However, some staff members, like the skilled Sandwich Artist Matt, excel at crafting perfect subs with balanced toppings and expertly applied sauce.
