Honestly, this was probably the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. I went on a weekday around 2 p.m. for lunch, and the place was completely empty. The menu was difficult to navigate, but I ordered a falafel shawarma meal, and it took 30 minutes to make. Honestly, in that amount of time, I could have easily walked home and made my own lunch, but I really wanted to give this place a try.
I found it odd that they didn’t ask what toppings or vegetables I wanted in the shawarma, but I paid for what I received after 30 minutes. They handed me the box and didn’t give me the drink that came with the meal until I prompted them and asked if it was part of the meal. The vibe was incredibly unfriendly, and the service was terrible.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I got home and discovered that they had given me beef instead of falafel, which I can’t eat because I’m vegetarian. I’m very disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back. Save your time and money folks.
Vegetarian options: My fellow vegetarians, DO NOT come here!! They gave me beef when I ordered falafel, and my simple order took 30 minutes. Not worth it in any sense.

Food was delicious and very generous for the portion. It was my first time trying it and they've made a regular out of me. There was a very generous portion of rice and chicken and sauce. Service was quick and easy. A lot better than some of the other shawarma spots in London!

Best shawarma in London! (Babylon coming in on a solid 2nd place). I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without trying it, and ever since I did I’ve been going weekly.
The best part about this shawarma is they do a slight dip of it (after they wrap it up) in the drippings from the shawarma and give a quick char in the fire, then toast it on the grill. The highlight is the spicy original sauce & pomegranate sauce they put before they wrap it up. AMAZING!
The customer service is also the best, one of the cooks gave me some lentil soup to drink while I was waiting for my order. An old Syrian man that was eating is falafel wrap there was telling me how he travels across the city to eat here and they provide real Syrian hospitality, as he was saying that they gave me a fresh falafel to taste. Nothing more could be true to this statement. If you haven’t gone yet you’re definitely missing out!

It was my first time here and I was offered a sample of shawarma chicken, beef and soup and all were very flavorful.
I went with the chicken shawarma (and forgot to take a picture for you 🤦).
No complaints at all. My food was prepared quickly. Everything was fresh and quite delicious.
Atmosphere gets a 3 because it's a takeout shawarma place. You don't really go here for atmosphere. It was clean and welcoming enough.

The food was terrible the sandwiches barely had any chicken, they put more fries than chicken in my sandwiches and I didn't even order fries! Worst shawarma sandwich in my life! The service was terrible I was waiting half an hour for my simple order. The staff and owners are Syrian, they kept making the orders of other Syrians first, even though they ordered 15-20 minutes after me and other non-Syrian customers! The place also looks dirty, I would never eat anything from there again, even if it's free!
