Went thru drive thru took 25 mins - 4 cars in front of me and 6 behind me...7pm at night on a Friday. Did not get any condiments even after I asked for them not even butter with bun! By the time I got my order fries were soggy! Left review on website and got the pushy manager Melissa making excuses...offered me a dinner next time thru ...but from out of town and will never use this location again!

The staff got slammed with an unexpected 40 seniors and only two wait staff on a Tuesday afternoon. I can tell you they handled it like pros, always kind, polite and making sure the patrons were well taken care of at all times! My server Peppy was FANTASTIC & made my experience truly special! Kindness goes along way, this location is definitely doing it right! And the festive special was top notch as usual! 10/10! ♥️🎄

Ordered festive dinner at the drive through…..asked for sweet potato fries…..even asked separately for the sauce…….got home and it was soggy French fries…….no one listens anymore….guess this will be another place I stroke off my list

Usually ribs come with Chalet rib sauce, but somehow last time I ordered it came with Harvey's BBQ sauce? Not sure if this location ran out of Chalet BBQ due to the weather, but it was bizarre seeing Harvey's in a Swiss Chalet box. Are they even allowed to re-sell sauce from a different food chain???
