Everything was accurate and tasty. I was pleased with the serving size of the fries, potatoes, etc (seemed larger than the last time we ordered several years ago). The lady at the counter was helpful and very cheerful, I enjoyed our interaction. Thanks!

If I could give this place zero stars due to the service I have received multiple times at the pick up counter, I would. Last time I ordered online, got there when it was supposed to be ready and still waited 20mins for my food. Today, I walked in, was ignored for 15mins before I was rudely greeted by the person who came to the counter. Placed my order, waited for a half hour before it was ready, meanwhile everyone at the drive thru and all the Uber orders got filled. Total 45mins to get food for my family. Of you can't fill orders for in person services, TURN OFF UBER!!!! Terrible! And as an insult to injury, they forgot to pack a portion of my order!

Plenty of parking and the staff are so friendly and always checked up on us. Used to come to Swiss Chalet a lot when I was a kid. I love how the chicken, gravy and bread still tastes the same years later. The chicken is so juicy and the prices are amazingly cheap compared to other restaurants now!! Lots of options for dessert too. Didn’t have to wait that long to be sat, for the food and for service. Great place for warm, family friendly and nostalgic food. Also lots of spacious seating available!

I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the service here seems to be getting worse. Months ago there was bandaid in my poutine. They apologized and sent me a new meal with dessert. Each order since has had one thing or another missing. Wish I would have learned my lesson the first time.

Called for an order at 6:07. Was told 15 mins. Still waiting here and it’s 6:55. The food is never ready on time. The nice lady told me a few mins 15 mins ago while skip and uber orders are being prioritized first. I keep giving this place a chance but idk if I can keep sitting for 40 mins waiting for food that never seems to be ready. The staff are really nice and I know it’s not normally their fault. Next time tell me 45 mins and not 15…

My wife and I are visiting from the states and we always love going to Swiss Chalet. Just like we remembered and anticipated the food was excellent, service good and prices reasonable. The restaurant is clean and not loud.

Server was nice but only about 5 table in the whole restaurant and I have been waiting for over an hour for one appetizer! When I came in we waited 15 min to be sat down. Server hasn’t checked on us and seen us once when dropping of drinks. It’s been now over an hour and still waiting for our main meal! Very slow service!
